My favorite vehicle I have owned and I am 62! I have Latitude trim with the Winter warmth package. Have owned for almost a year now and still love it and issues. Actually I wasn’t very impressed with the base sound system so upgraded that at car toys which was well worth it for me. Other than love it it . Averaging 29 mpg mixed.

First time shopping at Carshop. What a GREAT experience! Tanner was my POC and when we arrived, he had the vehicles that I was interested in ready to go for a test drive. Test drove the vehicles without a sales person tagging along, which was nice! The process of purchasing the vehicle was quick and painless and everyone involved in the process was friendly. Had an issue with the vehicle the day after I bought it and took to their service dept , and found the issue. They will repair once the part has arrived. In all, they had a large selection of cars and reasonably priced. It made the process of finding a car so much fun!

I love my jeep but this will be the third windshield I have to replace the first two times a rock hit me this time I just came out and my windshield was cracking I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue other than that I love my jeep

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know!
