I went to Bergeys Kia on Nov. 20th for my 20,000 mile check up on my 2023 Kia Sportage. As always the service team was personable and professional. I waited for my car, they came out and told me recommendations for maintenance. I went with having the service done as I was there and it could be done while I waited. They also washed my car for me after they serviced it. As always I walked out a happy customer. Highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs

Fog lights go out then they come back on sometimes one light stays on or it goes out paint has bad spots how long is paint warranty on the keep

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

My favorite vehicle I have owned and I am 62! I have Latitude trim with the Winter warmth package. Have owned for almost a year now and still love it and issues. Actually I wasn’t very impressed with the base sound system so upgraded that at car toys which was well worth it for me. Other than love it it . Averaging 29 mpg mixed.

I love my jeep but this will be the third windshield I have to replace the first two times a rock hit me this time I just came out and my windshield was cracking I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue other than that I love my jeep
