My wife and I live in Georgetown, TX and found a Suburban for sale at this dealership. We called and spoke to Chris Alvarado and told him that we were interested in the vehicle and would like to come and see it, but didn't want to drive three hours one way only to show up and the car was sold. He told us that he could hold it until 7pm that night. We drove up there and arrived at 6:15pm and walked out with our Suburban keys by 8pm!!! There was zero haggling or negotiation to be had. He was upfront with us and honest! I accidentally left my handicap plaque in our old car and he found it and mailed it to us!! Great guy, great service and great dealership!! We will definitely be buying our next car from them!!!
My sales rep, Mark Imhoff was the best! I came to him in a rush needing a car that same week. He was easy to work with and got back to me very quickly with everything that I needed. Mark answered all of my questions in a timely manner and helped me get my new car. My entire experience with Bill Walsh was made 100% better by dealing with Mark! He is a true asset to the team!

I recently brought a used car from Eric Foret. He was a excellent sales person and understood both my wife's and my requirements in purchasing the car. He was very polite and did not pressure us in buying the car at he first visit. He understood that I needed to take it to my mechanic before we could discuss a price. Even after the trip to the mechanic, he did not pressure me in buying the car, since my wife was at work. I told him that my wife and I would return later in the evening to discuss the price. We brought the car that evening. I would recommend Eric as the person to see if you are interesting in buying a car. Great Experience.
Really was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Told them my price range what I had to work with and they nailed it. First vehicle they pulled out for me was it.

Great experience at Garden City. Needed to be a pre-owned Ram 1500 on Wednesday. I found the truck and was in and out of the dealership very quickly. So excited to get me purchase completed. My salesperson Domenic Tucci was professional and extremely helpful

Wow.. blown away with the experience I had at Suburban Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram in Garden City. The sales manager, John Long, made it extremely easy to fit a new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee into my budget. My sales person, Rich Putty, worked to make sure that my car was cleaned up and looking good. Jason Shook, the business manager, made it work around my busy work schedule... he had the paperwork AND new car delivered to me at my workplace. Never did I think I would be able to by a new car without ever stepping foot into the showroom! I HIGHLY recommend Suburban CDJR... Class act!

Went in to get leasing options! Talked to Nina Villegas and got great service, ended up leasing a 2017 Jeep Patriot (my dream car). Nina was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions plus more and was extremely patient since I really didn't know anything about leasing! Can't wait to go back in a couple of years. For whatever reason the website won't let me add Ninas name to the 'employee section' but that's who helped me out!
I was shopping for a new family wagon online and I spoke and looked at maybe 10-15 different dealers and cars. I finaly came across STG auto online in Montclair amd called and spoke to Fady Gad. He was very helpefull and attentive quickly gave me the best price and rate. He kept very well communication with me even when he was doing research. I schedule an appointment with him and he even reserve the exact car that I wanted so that it did sell while I drove down there. Once their I met with Ed (Sales Manager) and Fady Gad. We worked out numbers and even got a lowered rate than promised over the phone. I can't thank them enough for their excellent customer service I will continue to purchase thru these guys. A++ SERVICE!

I have been wanting a Jeep since I was a teenager and I am 39 years old but within the last 2 years I have been itching for one hard. My husband and I went to a few Jeep dealers and other dealers that sold used Jeep's and we just couldn't make a deal. We noticed that new or used Jeeps were practically the same price with miles. So we decided to go new since this vehicle holds its value and its an investment type vehicle. We did our research and said we were for sure going to buy one. We were in the process of buying a house so we put the Jeep on the back burner for a couple years, well we bought our house and we are now in Lawrenceville and we decided to visit this Lawrenceville Jeep Dealer and it was the best thing we did. We drove in n a Saturday October 21, 22017 and just started walking the lot where we saw the Jeeps we liked and we were approached by Paul and he introduced himself and was very knowledgeable on the Jeep. He said things to us we already knew but that is ok because we were on the same level of knowledge BUT he was a great sales man in the aspect of how to build the vehicle and how to make a price work for us and that is what made this deal. He didn't stick us with the first price we saw and did not push us on that price either after we stated that was expensive. He was able to work with us, really feel out what it is that we really wanted and was able to put numbers together on that. We told him we wanted to think about it, he emailed us a built jeep how we wanted it and we started working on that. We ended up going back to the Dealership on Saturday October 28, one week exact later and wanted to now work out numbers and see about a trade in and all the fun stuff, hahahaha! Paul was realistic, strong with his words on the financing and was going to do everything he could to make our deal work. Well then when it did not work for us, we had an option to look at other Jeeps that had almost what I wanted but no big wheels. Just standard wheels, well, we decided that the big wheels (37in) was a little bit of a rough ride for long distance but I did test drive it and the Sahara and I fell in love with the white Sahara and it was a 24g package and the price worked. Financing was also amazing with Magdalena working her numbers. We did not feel pressured, we knew we could walk away because they did give us the option to think about it. They made the deal work for us and met us in the middle. They were really real, not corporate, didn't try to sell, just tried to help. We were in the dealership from 11am till 5:30pm. It was an all day event but they were busy so understandable. We were on a 50/50 buying situation meaning we were either getting the truck or not if the numbers did not work. They made them work. We enjoyed every part of our experience and we are very happy with our 2017 New Jeep Sahara. We look forward to continue to do business with Jeep and buy more accessories for our new Jeep.
My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I have not purchased from them, as I am still searching for the right car, but would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Anthony was great! We ended up buying a new 2017 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted with great customer service, and a dealership that actually wanted to sell us a car.....compared to poor experiences at other local dealerships. We will be a repeat customer for sure!
Had to bring my car in to the shop this morning and my worst fear was finding out something really serious needed to be repaired. I highly recommend Voorhees Auto lenders. It was by far the best car purchasing experience. There was no pressure and the whole process took maybe two hours. Anthony was amazing and I will be back for sure for all future purchases.
Got a used car on 04/04 great price fabulous sales lady, lots of help on financial but two days later the engine light came on call back the sales rep referred me to Jose Robles and referred me to the customer services repair is been 5 days and no luck every time they leave you call on hold or nobody wants to help, it feels like you have contagious diseases and nobody wants nothing to die with you, real bad customer service it ruined all the good and professional attitude from the others members, make sure you vehicle has no problem before taking it out of the dealership
