Ralph Fevrier, and Edwin Morales deliver the goods!

I arrived at the dealership at around 11:30 AM with no intensions of purchasing a vehicle. I wanted to know what my 2014 Town and Country was worth as a trade-in. I had to have a vehicle in mind to purchase if a deal could be made. The sales person that I had talked with on a previous visit was Ralph Fevrier. I told him right off that I was not there to buy but to see and test drive a 2017 Pacifica (Chrysler of course). He asked me to tell him my Wants and Needs and he filled two columns. The first Pacifica he let me drive fell short of what I expected so I was ready to walk out but I still didn't have my trade-in value. Then he showed me a Pacifica that more closely matched my wants, needs and my Town and Country options. I loved the car but I was not happy with the purchase price. Edwin Morales stepped in and showed me the lease option was probably the way to go since I live in The Villages where golf carts are the major transport. I took the lease option on the car I wanted and was back on the road with it at around 6:30 PM. So I went from no intension to purchase to going home in a new Chrysler Pacifica. Kudos to Ralph. Edwin and all the sales staff with whom I interacted.
