Great & Honest Service Department!

I brought my new (used) 2016 Jeep Patriot here because I heard a weird pitched squeak sound from my rear brakes, not to mention I got a flat tire the night before. I was highly concerned that the tire would have to be replaced and the brakes had a much more serious underlying issue. I was also concerned because I bought my car from Drivers Select and was worried they wouldn't cover any of my service done at this dealership - even though I'm still covered by their 30 day/1k new car warranty. Needless to say, my experience was surprisingly pleasant! Ray Christian was my service technician and he called me right away and explained what the issues were (in a simple way that I actually understood what he was saying) and told me all of the options I had to choose from. He said he would be able to patch the tire without having to buy a new one and all the brakes needed was a cleaning and re-balance. He gave me a quote on the highest end and was honest that it wouldn't be anything higher than that. I decided to keep my car at Metroplex with Ray for the service repair and the next morning Ray called me to tell me my car was ready. The original quote he gave me for the repair was, to my happiness, much higher than I ended up paying. He did EVERYTHING he could do to provide me with the best customer service and did so in a honest and genuine way. I am very happy with my experience at this dealership and will be returning there for all of my future service and maintenance needs. Five Stars to Ray and his customer service!
