My wife was recently involved in an unfortunate auto accident and we were in need of purchasing another vehicle. Being long time Honda owners we wanted to purchase another Honda. Only owned for 2 months so far. Only complaint so far is that the language on the dash changed to Italian on its own. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this Jeep. Changed it back easily enough but hope not to have this happen often.
WE HAD A GREAT BUYING EXPERNCE THE GUYS TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. THEY DID'NT HAVE THE CAR THERE BUT FOUND IT AT ONE OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS. JUST WHAT WE WANTED AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT WERE WE WANTED TO BE.THE WIFE LOVES HER 2014 EXPLORER, HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE. THANKS GUYS

I like this car a lot! A few minor things but they were covered under warranty. Such as a whistling noise coming through window. But dealership fixed!
Used the body shop, Repair was fast and looked great! Customer service was and always is top notch! Gates is great!!! I will definitely return!

I love everything about this car. It's not overwhelming and its elegantly designed. It has the power I want and is very comfortable. The leather seats are beautiful and I feel classy driving this vehicle. I could not be happier. Also there are little fun things all over the place in the jeep. Like big foot is on the back window and a jeep is crawling up the side on the windshield. It seems like they had a lot of fun designing this vehicle.

In all of my years buying cars and trucks I have never had an experiance like I had at this dealership, it's in there name "Friendly". This is the first time I have driven out of a dealership without buyers remourse. Rusty McFadden and his people make you feel like you have been buying from them for years.

Decent looking and comfortable. However, the driver’s side heated seat glitches, Bluetooth glitches and mutes itself, while driving it jerks when shifting (it’s an automatic), it feels like it’s running out of gas and is going to stall (has stalled twice), and after owning it one year, the check engine light is already on.
I've been a customer at Levalley for many years because it is a great dealership. A shout out especially to Chad in Sales; hooked us up nicely.
I should also mention Ralf and Mark in Service, very good also.
