Wasn't a fan

Wasn't a fan of it. I didn't like the way it drove. The seats are comfortable but it felt like it bounced or rocked when driving it.
I purchased my first vehicle 50 years ago in New Zealand and have bought many since. Without a doubt my most recent purchase from this dealership was my best experience ever. The condition of the vehicle was exactly as described on line which was a great relief having traveled 4 hours to view it. Scott, Josh and their whole team were enormously helpful, polite, courteous and without any pressure to purchase. The vehicle was also excellent value for money. What more could I have asked for? You can't go past these guys if you're looking for quality vehicles and service.

I’ve only had it for one day. So far so good 😊

As I said before, I’ve only had the car for one day. I drove around for a while just to get the feel of it and it was nice.
My husband and I went to Coopersville in 2013 to look for a car . It was a freezing day with several inches of new snow . He parks way in the back of the lot because we are just looking. To our surprise, here comes this young man walking all the way out to us. That right there empressed us because it was very windy and cold. Nick listened to what we were looking for and he found us the perfect car and a price that was less then expected. We were so happy we went back 4 months later and replace my husbands car. Now in 2017 be just purchased our 4th new car from Nick Thrall at Betten in Coopersville . Everyone there was very friendly. Thank you Nick for all your help and we will see you in a few years.

I think this is a good Jeep if you are looking to just own one that is supposedly more affordable. However wasn’t a fan of how the transmission shifting felt and just felt like something was off. It was a good car though overall.
What do you look for when you are buying a vehicle? Honesty, value/price, a quality vehicle, customer service, integrity and a no hassle experience? This is the first time I have ever been able to say I have worked with a dealership that offers all of the above. I am so impressed with Todd, Jay and Becca that my wife and I are planning on buying our next vehicle from Deur-Speet. That is saying something since we live a five-hour drive away. It also speaks volumes since we have 5 kids at home and will need a lot of help in the near future when it comes to vehicles. We purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn. The truck came as advertised for a price well below what other dealers were advertising. While I fought my way through Chicago traffic (an experience in and of itself), Todd and Becca worked on short notice to add a tonneau cover. Despite showing up at 6 pm, when the dealership closed that day, Becca stayed well after close to show me all the features of the truck. Todd drove me across town to drop off the rental, and Jay didn't try to "up-sell" additional financial products. The price we agreed on over text and email was the price I paid. The gas tank was full, the truck runs like a dream and I can't forget to mention the sense of security that comes from a lifetime powertrain warranty that is unique to Deur-Speet. You might be saying, "This can't be true!" Wait, there is more. I picked up the truck and drove it straight home to Wisconsin. Todd, texted me early the next morning to make sure I returned home safely. I have never received such care and attention from a dealership. They made me feel like family, and I will be sure to visit them again! Thank you! Sincerely, Eric

Love my renegade, meets all my needs , gets me to the trails to hike and mountain bike , good enough on gas ⛽️, 25.9 ave mpg, comfortable to drive , I like the seating position.
I have a commando sport 4x4 I prefer the knobs over digital buttons, only upgrade will be a large screen radio with Bluetooth ( have unconnect 3 base radio ) and install a oem bumper trailer hitch .
I also had a limited loaded edition which a nice, but I actually prefer the slightly ulterian sport model.
I received exceptional service when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had an unexpected brake issue. Ken Hope is the best! Love Dyan???s friendliness & sense of humor...lessens the pain😁!

This vehicle is not worth the money. Engine replaced after 2 years, AC doesn’t work after winter (3 years in a row), 4x4 issues, very limited tires available for this vehicle, engine light comes on every other day.
Great price on oil change package! Great customer service! Everyone is friendly and Luann always calls and reminds me when its time to come.

2016 Trailhawk, bought new. The test drive was great. The brakes are tight, and stop you when you want to stop. It handles so well, you can steer it with two fingers. During snow storms, I make my own lane. This thing has yet to get stuck. I recently started Ubering, and its very comfortable for hours of driving. It doesn't speed up as fast from stop, but once it gets going, it buzzes all over the place (I named mine Buzby). Once in awhile I notice the transmission over or under shifts, mostly on steep roads. Overall this Jeep is VERY fun to drive. Had a few software glitches, nothing an update couldn't fix. So far, the only parts replaced have been the radiator fan (defective sensor) and the ignition coil (warranty), as well as a headlight and license plate bulb. Average MPG is 19, but I do a lot of city driving. The interior is roomy, with a good amount of plug holes (one usb and 12v socket on the console, a usb inside the center console, a 12v outlet in the back of the center console, and a 12v socket in the rear bay). I have the moon roof option with electric sunroof. It was difficult to find a place to put my phone mount. A lot of the interior is textured, so suction mounts may be an issue. I've taken it on long vacations, and never worry it's going to break down. It's a really solid quality vehicle. Almost 35,000 miles, and I've loved every minute of it.
