Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
From start to finish Kyle Lefevere did all he could to accomodate my requests (gas mileage, affordable monthly payments, safety, interior features etc) in purchasing my new 2019 Civic Sport. Its been a week since my purchase and the car has exceeded my expectations! Kyle's customer service was exceptional all through out and I would highly recommend him to those looking for a new/used car at Honda. Thanks Kyle and Honda!
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
I must admit, Lagers has changed, and definitely for the better. Great car buying experience, respectful and honest. I honestly enjoyed the car buying experience from my hometown dealer. Ashley, Leah, and Michele made this honestly pleasant.
To those who gave poor reviews, 1 simple suggestion: strong willed and driven people treat you like you treat them: show some respect, you'll get it back.
We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Cory greeted us and handed us over to Rick. Rick pulled up 3 different colors of the same vehicle so we could pick the right one and Dennis in finance did a great job explaining all our options there as well. We will definitely be back in the future.
I spent four long months searching for a vehicle and this dealership was the first one that I found where it seemed as though I was not being pushed into buying. Working with Ben and Randal was a great experience. Ben was able to accommodate my need to communicate via electronic means vs the traditional in person and phone calls. It was great that Ben responded to my online inquiry promptly and was able to set up an appointment so I could bring the truck to my husband to see what I was interested in purchasing. When considering getting a vehicle be sure to make Klein one of your first stops. I had test drove trucks at other dealerships, but the personal service and ability to meet my needs is the reason that I purchased at Klein.

Tim was awesome to work with! I was already set on a vehicle I wanted and Tim helped make the entire process easy and informative. Tim went above and beyond by going to a different sam leman dealership to get the exact vehicle I told him I was interested in. Then we set up a time for me to come in and he already had the vehicle brought over and in front of the building ready for a test drive. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle of my own and I highly recommend working with Tim!
