Brought vehicle in to repair electronic digital mileage display on my instrument cluster. Had challenge getting update on service throughout the day. Finally got word work was completed and vehicle ready for pick-up later part of the afternoon.
I’ve been looking for a Dodge Durango for several months and it has been years since I purchased a dealer. Dealers locally and outside of Raleigh made me feel ast though they did not want my business. We drove about 2hrs and after being shunned by yet another dealership in Kernersville, we discovered this dealership. My only regret in my two months of searching...I didn’t come here first. From speaking with Robert Via in selling the vehicle, to Gwathney Leak, Jr., making sure I had a clear understanding of the process, they took the pressure and anxiety out of buying a car. Eddie Daye Is the man you need call on .... he is very helpful .... called him up and told him id take the truck and he had paper work ready when we got there had us in and out in no time .... the back up camera was cracked and he hooked us up with a new one he robbed off a different truck was very thankful he was able to do that ...
I call for an appointment on 29th knows met by your salesperson by the name of David Maxson. He brought us into his area and began working on our requests for a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500. He was friendly, kind and very talkative which was enjoyed.

This dealership had exactly what I was looking for. My dream truck & thanks to Max & Darius these guys made the dream a reality. They were super nice and extremely patient yet worked hard to get me a great deal in a short time. Max was awesome and very knowledgeable about the truck. Darius worked hard in helping with financing and made it happen. Definitely recommend these guys!!
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
