Even though we haven???t worked out a deal yet this is by far the best dealer ship experience i???ve had. Greeted right from the front door and sat right down with the Sales Rep i was speaking to all day without an appointment! I recently went in to look at used cars at Nissan North. I am just starting to look and wanted to test drive a car on my lunch break. I contacted them through cars.com and received a text within an hour. They had the car pulled up ready to test drive since I was limited to my lunch break that day. Seth helped me out. He was knowledgeable about the car despite it not being a Nissan and was not overly pushy. I took a test drive and we discussed financing options. I have not purchased a car yet, but I plan to keep looking at their used car inventory until they have exactly what I am looking for. Thank you!

I submitted an online request for a price after finding the yukon I wanted from DW GMC, and within minutes Teresa contacted me initiating the process. She was a pleasure to work with and after what I would call minimal hassle and back and forth, I drove three hours to complete the deal for my vehicle. Nico made sure I was comfortable in doing so and made sure there were no surprises once I arrived. Anthony completed the paperwork and made sure my new vehicle was in perfect condition, detailed and filled up with gas before I left. I live local and have tried to do business with Crest quite a few years ago several times I could never get the trade-in value by Kelley Blue Book and I could never seem to make the deal this time was different that was my salesman he was phenomenal as you was just a regular guy not a pushy salesman he showed me some great cars I was looking online from other dealers at the same time and his price was right in line he gave me a fair price for my trade in I was extremely happy to buy a car at Crest now I can do all my service local and hopefully buy more Vehicles there now the service department also excellent the car is for my wife so when she went in to get a sticker she said she never felt so taken care of thank you crest great job

Ok wrote this once, cannot repeat it. Liking the 2007 Ranger. Pretty good deal. My only wish would be more honesty about the problems. I still would have bought it, but it would have been nice to be able to take it right into the shop and fix those issues. I don't like to learn while driving down the road. BUT again, I still would have bought the truck. Honesty IS the best policy. Ah well, Michael, next time,Be more frank, you will still seal the deal without any feelings of being mislead. From the moment he greeted us, he was extremely professional. He explained the no haggle and picked out three cars to choose. We drove the second one and that was it!! I highly recommend using Keith. Professional, honest and very knowledgeable!!
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.

I went with a car in mind that I had found online. Leroy was awesome from the start. Helped me find the car and never pressured me to look at anything I didn???t want to. It was quick and painless and very efficient. After the test drive he and Caleb got all the paperwork together and we were set. Great guys! Went above and beyond for us!
I've lived in So. Lake Tahoe for over 30 years and had my last Subaru for over 18 years. My 1997 Subaru was the most reliable, gas efficient, low maintenance, and “excellent in the snow” car I ever had! However, it was time for a new car. I did my research and looked for the best deals and found that Michael Hohl had the best selection and best prices around! I also know that they are familiar with California DMV requirements. I was pleased that their sales person did not pressure me and I was able to “just look around” and test drive the car I was interested in. There was just a little issue with the vehicle I purchased, nevertheless, the sales manager graciously corrected the problem! I highly recommend Michael Hohl Subaru! I'm more than happy and very satisfied with my purchase!
My RDX developed a rattle in the steering column that was annoying. They found the problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. So happy to be rattle free. The service was top notch!!
