We had been to two dealerships and had a good idea of our options. I wanted a truck but was considering an SUV. I told them $8 was my limit on an SUV, but could go higher on a truck. They brought out a $12+ SUV. It was so nice that I felt it worth the difference. Our salesman, Jack, worked with us, answering our questions and giving us time to talk it over. I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.
