We have purchased or leased a "substantial" number of vehicles over several decades. This was the best experience we have had with dealership personnel starting with the receptionist who connected us Arlington Fritz who introduced to his manager Syed Madni. From our entrance to the dealership through to closing the deal with Financial Manager Anthony Leli it was a pleasurable experience.

We bought our 1st VW there when we lived in Wisconsin. Then we moved to Texas and we drove all the day to Minnesota to purchase our Golf Wagen 4Motion. You might ask why? In Texas, we have VW dealerships but not as friendly, professional and with a staff who helps you to have the best deal. We had only four days to bring the car home and the staff they gave us a great car with an awesome deal. We had a good time and a fun trip. We would drive again for our next VW.
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
Although the purchasing process was a lengthy (almost an entire day), my sales rep Alex was instrumental in making it as painless as possible. He assisted in helping me transfer all of my belongings from my trade-in to my new vehicle and walked me through the features before leaving the lot. There were a couple of concerns that appeared after the sale, but they fixed everything quickly and seemed concerned about my satisfaction. This is my third Toyota purchased here in Bend and I have always received a little extra effort with purchasing and servicing which make has made me a loyal customer of the brand and this dealer.
Driving my new jeep is so much fun. It runs and drives well and I'm really excited about it. I bought it from Dave at colonial. He was really helpful and informed me about everything I wondered and had questions about. I will go back later when I needed another car.
We purchased 2 cars from them. Jeff was fabulous. He worked hard to get a deal we could all agree on.
