I recently had my son's '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall. It had been garaged for 2 years. The a. c. was not blowing out of vents. I asked if they would check that out after performing recall service.
They said a rat had built a nest in the a c.& they gave me a $1,400 estimate. I was on the phone to service dept & said I would hold off on repairs. When I arrived at dealer to pick up Jeep they then told me the repair on a.c. would be $1100+
I was charged $69 diagnostic fee + $7 for "some screws"
We took the Jeep to a local mechanic who cleaned the rat's nest out ,added freon & charged $145. The a.c. is blowing cold clean air now.
I'd like to know how Studeville came up with the $1100 estimate!

I came there with a motive and Joshua put me all the way in the game! He got me what a wanted and didn't give up! His attitude was great! He did a awesome job making my dream car keys land in my hand. He didn't give up and that means a lot to me and as of today I'm still happy riding around in my brand new 2018 okay!!! I took my new (to me) 911 Porsche Turbo S to this dealer for difficult and detailed repairs to the leather dash and a defective transmission mount, both of which were covered by the factory warranty. The work by Neal was perfect and flawless which was necessary because I plan to enter the car in Porsche coucours competitions and other events. Scott did a wonderful job in making sure that the repairs were covered by Porsche as they should have been. He also did a great service in finding me me a rental car while the work was being completed. In addition to the excellent workmanship, these guys got my auto back at the exact time they promised which is unheard of in this day and time. Having car trouble on vacation is no fun, but Harry's made every effort to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We were given directions by phone to find them and were treated very well. We were comepletely satisfied with their service.
I previously owned a Mini Cooper and would have purchased another but my experience with the Mini/BMW service department was so negative that it persuaded me to buy a different car. This was my first service appointment at Mazda for my Mazda 3. Easy appointment set up, emailed reminder, car was taken at the exact time of my appointment and the maintenance done in the time it was told me it would take. Waiting room very comfortable with snacks. Great price - competitive with independent oil change/tire sales chain stores. Great experience. As long as it continues I plan to continue my service at Mazda even after no longer under warranty.
Friendly sales personnel who deal with you in a straightforward way. The service department is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facilities are smaller than some dealerships, but they are clean and offer more personal attention than the larger dealerships.

I was looking for a vehicle online and came across what would have been the perfect vehicle for me and so I contacted Morris. They got right back to me and informed me the vehicle had just sold. They were very responsive and helpful even though I was not able to purchase a vehicle from them. They have even offered to try to find a vehicle that would fit the description I am looking for.
I've lived in So. Lake Tahoe for over 30 years and had my last Subaru for over 18 years. My 1997 Subaru was the most reliable, gas efficient, low maintenance, and “excellent in the snow” car I ever had! However, it was time for a new car. I did my research and looked for the best deals and found that Michael Hohl had the best selection and best prices around! I also know that they are familiar with California DMV requirements. I was pleased that their sales person did not pressure me and I was able to “just look around” and test drive the car I was interested in. There was just a little issue with the vehicle I purchased, nevertheless, the sales manager graciously corrected the problem! I highly recommend Michael Hohl Subaru! I'm more than happy and very satisfied with my purchase!
