Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience

I had a scheduled appointment for service this morning and was greatest by the service staff with a smile, and handshake and most importantly, sense of confidence that my vehicle will be well cared for. I can't believe I was in and out in about an hour and had coffee in the waiting room as a bonus. Victor Clash always takes great care of me and my vehicle being pleasant , friendly, and most importantly, trustworthy. I ran into Brent Ivie, service manager walking into the waiting room who asked if I needed anything, wow! Thanks for such a great service experience.
John was amazing, the best experience I???ve had with a car salesman. Was not pushy and listened to my needs/wants to try and help me determine the best fit. Unfortunately I went and drive a VW Tiguan and fell in love with the new redesign and went forward with them. Nothing more John could have done but will certainly recommend John to anyone looking for a Jeep.
I came to Heritage - Owings Mills because I thought the car I wanted was at that location. I showed up and quickly learned that the car I want was not only not at the Owings Mills location, but had been sold, I was alittle upset. This is my first independent car buying experience so I was bummed but knew I would find something else eventually. Joe worked all day to find me a Jeep Compass trailhawk better than the one I wanted AND to get the payments where I need them to be able to afford it. Joe made the whole experience smooth and he was extremely knowledgeable, never pushy and very pleasant to talk to. Went in to dealership just to look met Mr sparks we talked then got me a truck to test drive answered all my questions went back talked about trucks some more no pressure . then stopped back about a truck that I wanted .came in we sat down did the paper work pretty laidback pretty easy . went to truck set my phone up explained the truck options shook my hand and off I went very happy

Brought my Ford Fusion to the Body Shop (at the suggestion of GEICO) to repair damage from a fender bender. Geico handled my claim and provided me with a loaner, check-in went smoothly and quickly. The repairs were completed on time and the car was available for pick-up late in the afternoon on the day provided with the estimate. The quality of the work to repair the damage, upon visual inspection, shown as excellent and what is to be expected from an accomplished body shop. Having been delivered for repair on a rainy day, my car was clean and shiny inside and out when I picked it up. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
