Dom is also amazing to work with. He takes care of everything and never returns a car to me that???s not perfectly fixed. Two of the best!!

This review is so close to five stars, but I was slowed down at first by an inattentive and unhelpful salesman who I won't dwell on, or name here. I was saved by Business Development Director, Michelle Scalise. Michelle listened to my issues and dealt with each one in a thorough and fair manner. She taught me some things about the vehicle features that were behaving in a way that I didn't understand and she provided remedies for the legitimate failures. Everything is resolved now and I am thrilled with my purchase and would shop at Security again for sure. The guys in service and parts were patient and helpful and even the valet was a gentleman.
Called to make 10K Service on ???17 Scat Back Shaker, they gave me an appointment for 6 weeks from call. Pull in for service on date, greeter says hi why are you here-no clue on appointment made 6 weeks prior. They did good job on service, few things to act upon at 15K as well. However, how much do u want to bet at 15K service, they will forget about the 10K pending issues. Dashboard has rattle that don???t want to take apart to look for, so still has rattle.
I called the service department early in the a.m. to make an appointment to check why my 1-1/2 year old Jeep was having trouble starting in the mornings. Although they were extremely busy, they asked me to bring the car that same day as an emergency visit. They were able to diagnose the problem as a bad battery and replaced it in a matter of a couple of hours.
Went in for regular oil change and service??? Also bought new tires??? Was treated courteous and professional through the whole experience??? I have never had any issues for his long as I???m using the service department???
We returned our leased 2015 Jeep and re-leased a new 2018 Jeep. The dealership was very accommodating - met our price parameters, absorbed remaining payments, examined the vehicle for any damages, and took possession for transfer back to Fusion Financial Group.. The lease company came back to us (over nine months later) and demanded over $2k for excessive damages.. Atlantic Jeep-Chrysler (Peter Zorzy - VP Operations/Lianne Dunne - Administrator) came to our defense and in-fact absorbed a negotiated settlement, They were polite, professional and very supportive, They saved the day. Highly recommend Atlantic Jeep . . . suggest NEVER using Fusion Financial Group.. .
I met with Thomas Maiorini after speaking with him on the phone about getting a Wrangler. Thomas helped me pick out which Wrangler fit my needs. I'm unbelievably happy with my new Jeep! I will definitely recommend anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle.
