Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. He brought back the small town feel of authentic conversations and sharing a piece of his life with me. Thanks, Russ! I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Blue Bonnet Motors. I took a gamble by buying the vehicle sight unseen from out of state. Throughout the process, my sales professional Nancy stayed in constant contact with me. She made sure the buying process was as painless as possible. She even helped me coordinate shipping, to the point that she came in on her day off to make sure the vehicle was trailered safely! After I received the vehicle, there was a mechanical malfunction which my local dealer was being very difficult about fixing...even though it should have been covered by warranty. Nancy and the service manager, Bill Martin, worked tirelessly to communicate with the local dealership and even covered the repair in good faith! Thank you Nancy and Bill! I cannot recommend working with this dealership, and namely these fantastic individuals, enough. I will certainly be buying from this dealership again, and anyone with good sense will too.
Bluebonnet Jeep is AMAZING!!! This is my third Jeep and this is the BEST customer experience I have ever encountered. The first person I met was Robert in the Service Department. He was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met at a dealership. The next person I met was Chelsea and we were instantly friends. She did an appraisal for me of my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited trade-in and explained the outcome thoroughly. I contacted her when I was ready to trade and purchase my new Sahara. She introduced me to Jeremiah Kimball, who bent over backwards to please me while narrowing my selection. People either LOVE Jeeps or HATE them and I LOVE them!!! Jeremiah was highly perceptive of my keen knowledge of the exact Jeep I had in mind and he produced several for me to choose from. He was magnificently prepared and answered questions before I asked them. He had all the necessary papers ready for my particular circumstances and every step of his process was smooth, orderly and accommodating...he sincerely wanted to please me with my purchase and his attention to every detail was very appreciated! From my first steps into the Bluebonnet Jeep Dealership until my exit from the kind Finance person's office, I was treated fairly, unpressured and with the utmost attentiveness. My family and I drove to Seguin from Carthage TX. (6 hour drive) in my Dad's new Ram 1500 with the 3.6 V6 engine. It used not even half a tank of gas averaging 28 miles to the gallon. I kept saying, "I need to get me one of these". We were on holiday, My dad worked at the Hydro-electric plant where we wanted to visit, Our hotel was just around the corner, so every time we drove by My dad would say, "You need to pull in, looks like they are having a big sale!". So the third time we pulled in and Gannon was their to greet us and showed us the pre-owned trucks. The red one that had a few miles on it had the 3.6 V6 and he made it work for me. Thank you Yaklin Motors for financing me for my new red truck.
She was friendly and helpful. Very professional and honest . I have visit other dodge dealerships and this one is more organized and professional more professional than where i actually bought the car st.
I love taking my Jeep to San Antonio Jeep but let me tell you why. I love my service advisor, Charisse John. She always listens to my concerns and makes sure my concerns are taken care of and my Jeep needs are met. The service is also awesome and so are the people. Everyone is very courteous. Awesome service!
Nick made the process very easy and was very knowledgeable about the industry and answered every question I threw at him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is is the market for a new vehicle.
Overall, lots of sales people and vehicles. All sales personnel are polite and patient. They tend to scurry away once you have been identified as a buyer attached to a sales person and will not make eye contact with you as to not interrupt the sales process. However, Adam Cantu is awesome as he did everything for me for what I asked. Ron is good too, but recommend he spends a little more time with the customer if that is who he has an appointment with; but I did show up 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment; which led to a great job by Adam! I have 2 issues. 1. Your design of open space for me to sit at a round table while negotiating 5 feet from the from the desk is tacky. My expectations for commiting 60K to your company should be more intimate. It was annoying to sit at that round table in the open. Walking around, I could see the same expression on your other customers. Recommend you have a mix of cubicles and round tables for the different personalities of your customers. Issue 2. There are a set of packaged Rear Fenders sitting in the rear seat of my crew cab dually that need to be installed on the outer wheel walls...which no one addressed to me about. I would have been totally ok if someone told me to come back later to get them installed. Now I have to figure out how to apply these fenders myself or call your service department. Overall, 3 of 5 stars
Amazing dealership.. second vehicle bought from them and first time around was there for over 4 hours. This time around I was only there for two hours or so. Was really shocked. Haven't had a better experience than and inky with San Antonio Dodge.. Adam was a great salesmen. Couldn't have gotten a better sales guy. Will recommend him to other people who I know. Thanks for making the purchase of my Jeep the quickest ever. Thanks Adam. I appreciate your help.
