He truly listened and made sure I had strong options to choose from. Alex Lopez, my sales rep, was fantastic throughout the test drives—informative, patient, and kind. He walked me through each vehicle’s features and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. Once I made my decision, the team made it possible for me to take my new car home right away by kindly returning my rental for me the next day—something I didn’t expect, but deeply appreciated. Nick, the finance manager, was also wonderful. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the financing process stress-free. Wickstrom Ford really delivers top-tier customer service with a personal touch. I’m so glad I chose to work with them and highly recommend their team to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares.

This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I recently purchased a Lexus beautiful condition & price! Ask for Suzy Cervini she made everything possible & got me out of there in no time! Upfront service, personable staff and any problem I had they worked out and made a way to make me happy. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! 

Castle of Naperville was great. CJ my salesman knew his stuff it was almost like a day in an adult playground. Sales and finance department was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.

Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

The facility was, clean, well lit, and modern. Our sale was coordinated by Chris Krason who was patient and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs/wants. Chris gave clear explanations, was always prepared for appointments, and worked with us as we made our decision. We never felt that he was pushing any particular choice or that we had to make a quick decision. We truly believe that Chris and the team at Wickstrom wanted to help us select a vehicle we would be happy with for the next several years. It was a pleasure buying our vehicle from Chris Krason and Wickstrom Auto! It has now been a week from our purchase.
