The dealership did not say sorry it's a used car purchased as is but they "stepped up to the plate" to take care of the problem. The service advisor Sebastian, service manager, Eddie, sales manager, Bryan and Claudio , our salesman all provided excellent customer service. This is one of the best cars I've ever owned. It is so much fun to drive and I feel super safe in it. I've added lots of bells and whistles, which is part of owning a Wrangler. It handles great and can turn on a dime. I wish it got better gas mileage, but it's worth the fun to pay for the fuel. Love, love love!!!!!
