After buying the car was brought to me with only 1/4 tank of gas, dash and door were dirty. The salesman made everything ???right??? after I pointed these issues out but no one tried to sell me any accessories (the car doesn???t come with a trunk roller cover). I called and spoke with Reggie, sales manager, about the trunk cover, he said for me to call him back the following day and he would look into the cost. I???ve called Reggie 7 times (he is always busy) in the last 3 days, I left him a message but have never heard back from him. The salesman seemed to be very concerned over me rating him a 10 on the Jeep survey that would be coming and kept pushing the 10 on me (10s are earned, not given). Otherall, everything was just an ???okay??? experience.
It was Black Friday, the place was packed, and they were very anxious to get cars moving. My sales person Kathy was extremely anxious to get a deal done and she did. She came on a little strong at first but as I spent more time with her, I thought she was great! I had a price in mind which was lower than any other price I had seen at other dealerships and they hit it eventually. Got a fair price for my trade- in based on blue book value and went home with a car that day. Well done and I was very satisfied.
Only 4 stars because my car cut off on me not eveb 34 hours of having it. I have a used Jeep Patriot and abosultely love it. My jeep was towed to the dealership and the situation was fixed but i was there for 6 hours with little to no updates. A few days go by and now it smells like something is burning under the hood! I stay over an hour from the dealership and its a real hassel to keep having to go back and forth.
Now that is how a customer should be treated! A+++

I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.

Mark Sanders is the salesman to get. He seemed to be genuine in his concern for getting me the vehicle that I wanted. They didn't have my truck on the lot, and we talked price without seeing it. Mark said a small deposit would be required to have the truck transferred to Antioch. I wasn't in a rush and told them I would think about it. A day or two later, I get a call from Mark saying that they went and got the truck and it would be sitting in front for me to look over. Sure enough, I went there the next day and liked what I saw. It was as described. After a test drive and some final negotiations I had the deal put on paper. Of course it changed, but after a little more negotiations we were back on track. They were high on some of the add on extra add ons I wanted, but took no for an answer also. Watch your deal as a good buyer should, bring a calculator, make sure that you are talking out the door price and all is good with these guys. Get Mark if you can and have fun negotiating with Kevin. The Finance Manager was good to work with too.
I have to say, Working with Brian James in the finance department has made my decision easy to travel a extra 40 miles to Mancari jeep especially that I have a jeep dealer 5 minutes from my home. Brian knows what I want and gets it done in a timely manner. Thanks Brian James
We had a 13 year old car which had breathed its last, and like many people were in one of those uncomfortable positions where another payment would have stretched our budget too far. We decided taking precious money out of our savings and having no payment was in our best interest at this time.
