I found a used vehicle online the day before, I was greeted immediately by a friendly salesman. After hearing what I expected from the experience he was able to deliver on those expectations. Me and my wife went to check on the Jeep Renegade and Sales person Collin Kelsey took care of us ....VERY GOOD Customer Service ,show us the Jeep we wanted ,and also got us the best deal ever....we went to couple other dealers in the area looking for a fiat 500x or the Jeep Renegade and Because of the Great Customer Service we decided on the Jeep. After we were with Stephen Fioravante in finance GREAT ...fast , great deal...and NEVER in my years of buying cars (more than 5) got such of GREAT GREAT delivery service ! MAtt Diamond explained everything sooo good...for our future cars we would go to Arrigo to buy our cars....
The car buying experience is typically dreadful. After walking out of a dealership down south, we went to Arrigo to find that all car dealers/ salespeople/sales managers ARE NOT THE SAME. I was a TOTAL PLEASURE to buy from Arrigo.

Our recent purchase was our 4th Chrysler Town & Country purchased from an Arrigo dealership. The previous 3 were with the West Palm Beach location. However, we happened to be in Miami on other business and decided to check the Sawgrass location. We were equally impressed with the sales staff at Sawgrass and would highly recommend either of the Arrigo Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram facilities.

After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
