Very friendly staff. Several know me by name.. and I am not there that much.. but they know me and my 4 Jeeps. Service isn't backed up so that it takes 3 hrs for an oil change like some of the other dealerships in the area. They are very efficient and understand that good service with the ability to provide timely is what the customer needs.
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

We dealt with Austin in our experience with Don Jackson. He was a pleasure to work with. Austin took great care of us!! The dealership was very busy but ran smoothly. I will definitely look here first on our next purchase. The only negative was hearing somebody yell out Roll Tide, but I can overlook that. Lol
I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! Keep it up guys.
On the 22nd of January, I had the honor of meeting an extraordinary salesperson by the name of Michelle Briscoe. She welcomed me into the dealership and answered all of questions. She anticipated my needs and provided me with a host of information. Unfortunately, I was not ready to buy at the time. Nevertheless, she provided a very positive and unforgettable experience.
Words cannot express how content I am with my new Jeep. Michelle and Andre were great, and their demeanor was very relaxing and pleasant. Working with them took the stress out of car buying!
