Made the car buying process so easy. Had all the info from cars.com so I just needed to see the car in person. Didn’t try to upsale me, and didn’t try to convince me to finance through them. Played no games about added fees, they actually overestimated the additional fees so when I got the final price it was less than expected. “JD” the Used Car Online Sales Manager was extremely nice and wanted to make sure that this was the car for us. I will definitely be considering coming to this dealership in the future for my other vehicles.
The owner and his wife where amazing. I saw the car online and went to check it out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The place is not your average used car lot with salesmen pressuring you. I walked in happy and left with a great Audi Q5. The car was such in great shape I had it serviced at Audi Katy dealership and they even offered to buy my car at a higher price I bought the car for. This is a great family dealership with a great family running it. Now I am interested in a Mercedes ML class they currently have.

Dean Francis and the finance staff were very helpful. They were great about financing with whichever bank you want to work with. I received a fair deal for my trade and the price was right on the used vehicle that I purchased. I had one trade offer for my vehicle elsewhere that was higher,but the Helfman offer was the same as two others for my trade. Even so, the deal at Helfman was better. There are too many factors to list and they did NOT try to sell me anything I did not need. As a bonus, Unlike some dealers, my used vehicle at Helfman actually had floor mats and BOTH keys to the car. They have a big selection of sports cars and I am very happy with my experience. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
The unity of the managers and staff is excellent I needed extra help with my car and Richard and David the managers explained in detail what needed to be done. Joan in the Service Dept. did an excellent job in getting my car repaired. Thank you Thank you. Thank you. Mamastrong
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.
