They checked me in before I could get out of my truck with a I Pad and asked me to wait in the very nice waiting room. They sent me a text to ask if I would like anything. Within an hour the nice lady handed me my keys and asked me to see the cashier for my receipt and I was on my way.
My experience there at west coast auto was good but the fact that I have to get a new bulb for my tail light and battery for my remote they should of have to replace that not me other then that very good.
They were all so nice and very helpful! My husband told them he didn't want to spend more than 30 minutes on the paperwork, they said no problem, and they did it with no problems! So happy with Jim's in Fontana!
I have been shopping for a particular car and missed my opportunity. However the staff were very courteous, attentive and accommodating. Very good experience. I just wish I contacted them a day earlier!

So at LE Dodge Ram Jeep the team was great I ended up with the Power House truck of all trucks to pull my 2018 Jayco WhiteHawk- now I have the Ram Power wagon 4x4 Hemi and I could not be happier it has everything a chevy does not have and then some- Great Customer Service and they worked with me to be at my budget - as a Retired Navy Veteran it's great to see how they care for customers and Veterans " Bravo Zulu" well done - Joe Andersen USN Ret.
I had to make an appointment for my 2016 Dodge ram to take care of a couple of recalls I also schedule to have it serviced and replace the windshield wiper blades. After driving a Dodge Caravan for 22 years I decided it was time for a new car so I picked the Chrysler Pacifica with all the bells and whistles. The salesman, Daniel Rios, was helpful and got me just the car I wanted. There a couple of very minor problems with the car (I had ordered a spare tire and it did not come with the car) that the dealership took care of immediately. I would recommend them highly.
