I went in to Pellegrino in hopes of purchasing a jeep I found online and Patrick graciously assisted me during my process. I did not end up liking the original Jeep I went to see but Patrick had 2 others he was able to show me. He was very patient and diligent while working with me, allowing me to test drive the vehicles, and especially during the buying process. He did all that he could to allow me to drive me Jeep off of the lot that day and to make sure I left satisfied with my payments which I was extremely grateful for. He is truly a wonderful person.
I spoke with Glenn Hughes, salesman, on the phone. He listened to my concerns regarding other car dealers that I had visited, only to find out the price quotes over the phone and text messages changed by thousands of dollars at the dealership. Glenn asked pertinent information and assured me the price that was quoted would not be beat or change upon my arrival. I got the Minivan that I wanted for my growing family at the Pellegrino.
