The last time I bought a car was back in 1997, so when I finally decided to give up that vehicle, I started online. I had no idea that, when I would look at the websites of car dealerships, someone would call me within 5 minutes. When I was looking at the Prescott Brothers of Rochelle website, the phone rang. I just waited for a message on voicemail because I was not sure I wanted to talk to anyone yet. After a few minutes of chatting with my boyfriend Glenn, I decided to give Rob Jasper a call back to talk about test driving a Ford Edge. Like I said, I only planned on test driving the car.
I ended up buying the car because I totally enjoyed it, and Rob made the whole process go smoothly. I even had some uneasy thoughts about what I was getting myself into and he was always patient and understanding. Everybody there treated me with great respect so I would highly recommend anyone to shop for a car at the Prescott Brothers dealerships.
We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
Working with Ben and Randal was a great experience. Ben was able to accommodate my need to communicate via electronic means vs the traditional in person and phone calls. It was great that Ben responded to my online inquiry promptly and was able to set up an appointment so I could bring the truck to my husband to see what I was interested in purchasing. When considering getting a vehicle be sure to make Klein one of your first stops. I had test drove trucks at other dealerships, but the personal service and ability to meet my needs is the reason that I purchased at Klein.
We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.
I have always bought and serviced my vehicles with this dealership. The sales team is so helpful and easy to work with! They will go out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your vehicle purchase! They have a great Team!
We were very pleased with our overall experience with the purchase of our vehicle. Jeff, our sales representative was very professional and personable. He pays attention to all details and made sure we got a purchase we were happy with. He is someone that is not afraid to go the extra mile. The rest of the team , Curt, the sales manager and Juan in financing were also a pleasure to work with all making the buying experience a pleasure. Made an appointment to get some recalls done and a oil change. Was told I???d be in and out in under two hours so I opted to wait for my vehicle. After 2 1/2 hours I asked for a ride as they forecasted another 2 hours till it was done. Buying the vehicle was great at LHM Dodge, each service however is a xxxx nightmare.
My experience here was with Miguel Mejias and Daniel Peters both did a great job of finding exactly what I wanted and needed while also making the process fast and easy! I would definitely recommend Atlantic and I would definitely be a return customer!
I had a great experience with everyone, Kevin, Miguel and the finance manager. All very nice, gave me a great deal on a new jeep. I couldn't be more thrilled. Miguel was very knowledgeable about the Jeep wrangler and the UConnect System, which was a big help since I've never had a fully loaded vehicle before. Mike at the service desk is excellent! only promises what he can deliver. if he tells you your car will be ready in 1 hour it will be. I find the prices for service fair & comparable to other facilities.
My husband drove volvos for years and sold his last one a few months ago. we purchased a different car and right from the start had problems - it was NOT a volvo and the dealership was NOT helpful and ultimately I suggested we trade for a volvo v60. he said he did not want the hassle. I said I would do it. so I drove to volvo on a saturday afternoon, had the pleasure of working with Ralph D'Angelo and Matt Anderson, and at the end of the day drove the car, the pre-owned nifty volvo v60 home! it could not have been easier, it could not have been more pleasant - everyone at this dealership was fantastic, professional, dedicated to getting us in the right car and making the trade happen that day. no angst, no dickering... good questions and conversation and a fabulous car at the end of the day. I cannot recommend Ralph and his team highly enough. thank you.
