My buying experience was nothing but excellent from start to finish. The used vehicle I bought was all that was advertised,the price was as stated and no crazy add -ons after the agreed upon deal. The car was detailed to complete satisfaction,and ready when promised.There was two surprises to the sale: a 45 day warranty came without charge,and when they recounted the cash that I paid (after I left the dealership and was on my way home),I got a phone call from manager Andre Selec informing me that I paid TOO MUCH and that they would be returning $100 to me!!!That was cash that he could have put in his pocket and not told anyone about it,but he called me right away. Mr. Stahl and Mr. Selec and the whole operation was top notch as I expected nothing less ,as this is my second purchase from this store (purchased a 2017 Crosstrek).
Martin was able to work with me to get the exact truck I wanted, down to specific options. The truck had to be brought over from other town making my purchase quick and easy. Martin works with you over the phone even after working hours/days.

My GF and i were in the market for a jeep Cherokee. We purchased a brand new car and it broke down and was having some shifting problems right away. The service department with bill was good about fixing whatever issue that occurred. Was slightly disappointed in sales with selling us a car that would break down right away. But overall their customer service was good. The finance Manager was very helpful as well. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my new car.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I am from New York and I came across Bayshore Automotive website while looking for a Wrangler. Immediately I was astonished by the quality of customized vehicles they had from the website. I found one in particular that I was interested in. I reached out via email and was put in contact with April. She was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Her customer service was priceless. Without ever seeing the vehicle in person I purchased it and had it delivered to New York where I reside. It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. All around this company cares about their customers and their quality of work. Finding indivduals or even a company like this is rare to come by. Great place to buy a car I haven???t bought a car there, But I transported cars for them twice great people great attitude and I recommend them to all my friends they have a lot of cars to select from but especially those Jeeps, totally different from everyone else
