Noah came through with our selling deal. He coordinated some service work promised in my deal of my used vehicle purchase. Service dept needs some better human interaction. (mostly in driving up to the doors). Today's keys are a pain. Dealerships should supply 2 sets of keys. Putting a car up for sale should be looked at closer by the techs. My idling issue had to be dealt with after purchase. A bit inconvenient, but Noah gave us a loaner.
Nathan Swope is Superman! The odds of being able to quality for a new car loan weren't in my favor ? Nathan was knowledgeable in handling my situation and he was extremely patient waiting for my retirement money to come through. Best car buying experience I have ever experienced!!!

We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.
Our sales person, Noah, was very personable. We had some concerns about the vehicle that were properly and logically taken care of. Overall, it was a great process. I would highly recommend this dealership.
My family has been going to Mall of Georgia Mini for the past three Minis we have bought including the one we bought this month! All the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles and really listen to your wants and needs. They make the experience really fun and by no means pushy like most dealerships are! I have referred several people to the dealership as they also have other luxury vehicles other than Mini???s as most people do not know! I recently had a really good friend of mine buy a vehicle there which was so exciting! Zach is the salesmen my family and I work with however everyone is extremely easy to work worth! Milton and Paul are amazing to work with on the management and finance aspect of the deals! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Zach is amazing to work wirh! Very helpful, sincere, great follow up and always very patient during the purchase wirh no pressure tactics. I recently ordered a 19 Hardtop JCW and Zach was in constant communications wirh process and updates throughout the 10 week build and shipping. Trust me! Zach is the guy you need to ask for at Mall if GA MINI and you???ll quickly find out that the process is much easier than fun wirh Zach helping you through the entire process!!

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I had a fantastic buying experience with Troncalli. Working with Chris was a pleasure. He has very good product knowledge and helped us make decisions along the way. I would absolutely choose Troncalli first when looking for another vehicle.
I first took my Jeep Liberty to Landmark Dodge for evaluation and repair. My Jeep???s transmission was slipping especially when starting on a hill/incline. They were unable to replicate the issue. Additionally, they fixed my defroster under my extended warranty and did a oil change. While fixing the defroster the boot around my shifter apparently came loose and/or the zipper broke. Their mechanic said it was already done but it was not broken when I turned the car in for repair. The inside of the vehicle was filthy from the Defroster fan repair. The transmission continued to slip. After my poor ratings on the Chrysler survey the Service Manager called me and I explained the two issues and he did not offer to bring the vehicle back in to their shop. My Extended Warranty was about to expire and I really wanted to determine if there was a issue with the Transmission so I took the Jeep to Hendrick Dodge in Duluth a couple weeks later. Heather is my service advisor and she was able to have a mechanic ride with me. We were able to replicate the transmission problem. Additionally, he identified that I had issues with my front and rear stabilizer bars. They also found that the water pump was leaking. Heather was able to get all of these repair parts and labor completed under my Extended Warranty. The final cost to my warranty was just under $5000. I also had some additional preventive maintenance completed for $1300. Heather also was covered my rental car cost that was over and above what the Extended Warranty covered. Needless to say I am very happy with the service I received from Hendrick Dodge compared to Landmark Dodge. Heather did a fabulous job and my jeep is running great. I will continue to use Hendrick for any additional work I need completed while in the Atlanta area.

Second car purchased here. First sales person is now sales manager and calls every birthday so we have stayed in touch. Sales person today was extremely friendly, helpful and knowlegable.
