Went in with a pretty complicated situation - but Sean, the GM, is awesome and put together a great deal for me! I was nervous going in because I wasn???t sure if I???d be able to leave with a new car, but he quickly alleviated those worries! My salesman Joe was caring and kind, and also was very understanding about my situation. He took the time to reassure me and I could tell he???s one of those rare genuine people! This place won???t give you the run-around. They will take a look at all factors and work hard to get you the best deal possible!
Ben Pugliesi did a terrific job handling my 2017 Sierra truck purchase. I was an out of state buyer and Ben handled every aspect of the transaction. He worked very well with my lender who had pre-approved me. When I arrived at the dealership my truck was parked out front, fully serviced, gas tank full, and clean as a whistle. Ben showed me many of the features that would make my 400 mile drive home comfortable. After a 30 minute inspection and test drive we completed the paperwork without any surprises and I left very happy.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Every single person I came in contact with from beginning to end was amazing. Such a great, fun, relaxed environment. Drove home with a smile on my face. I will definitely be doing future business with Brandon Hyundai.

From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
My buying experience was nothing but excellent from start to finish. The used vehicle I bought was all that was advertised,the price was as stated and no crazy add -ons after the agreed upon deal. The car was detailed to complete satisfaction,and ready when promised.There was two surprises to the sale: a 45 day warranty came without charge,and when they recounted the cash that I paid (after I left the dealership and was on my way home),I got a phone call from manager Andre Selec informing me that I paid TOO MUCH and that they would be returning $100 to me!!!That was cash that he could have put in his pocket and not told anyone about it,but he called me right away. Mr. Stahl and Mr. Selec and the whole operation was top notch as I expected nothing less ,as this is my second purchase from this store (purchased a 2017 Crosstrek).
Service managers were very nice and explained only services that were due at time of inspection. I also felt all prices that were presented to me were fair prices. The wait time was slightly long, but it was explained to me that that was not usual but due to some car models having a recall and parts that needed replacement.
When I found my Jeep online and realized it was located 4 hours away, I was not sure if I really wanted to make the trip to purchase it. BUT, the Jeep was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I contacted Motorsports Unlimited and talked with Brian. As soon as him and I started communicating back and forth, I knew I was in good hands. He made the transaction for me the most easiest I have ever experienced in buying a car. When I got there, I met George and he was just as great and extremely friendly. I am so so glad that I came across not only this once and a life time Jeep, but this dealership. Do YOURSELF a favor and check them out. It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
