This is my second Rav4 leased from Toyota of Greenwich and my family's 6th car from this dealer. This time around, I worked with Bobby Caldwell. He was professional, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. I never felt the pressure to make the deal that you feel at other dealerships.
We bought a Jeep Patriot from them about 6 years ago. We came back to the same people to purchase a Durango this time. We had a great experience with Carl & Bill who helped get us into the perfect car.
My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.
I highly recommend Honda of Tenafly. As a lifelong Honda owner (Civic, Accord, CR-V, Pilot & Odyssey), I have interacted with many Honda dealerships over the past two decades. This was my first interaction with Honda of Tenafly and I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism conducted by my Sales and Leasing Consultant, Anna Marie Kuhn. Not only was she able to answer all my questions and provide me with a new 2019 Honda Pilot EX to replace my 2016 version, she was very patient with regard to ensuring I was able to understand all the functionality and customization of my new Pilot to ensure my driving experience was as turn-key as possible. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase and every question I asked was addressed with a direct answer. For these reasons I knew my business was not just desired but VALUED. Everyone at Wiz Autos was wonderful ... Tom went out of his way to show me an Acadia Denali that wasn???t even on the lot yet! When I fell in love with it he went above and beyond to make sure it was safety checked, detailed, and even replaced a few things to make the Acadia absolutely perfect and ready for me to pick up the next day!! Meir made paying for the car so easy!! From start to finish the paperwork process of buying the car took less than 15 minutes!!! This was by far the best buying experience I???ve had ... I will absolutely be back and referring my friends!
From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.
We returned our leased 2015 Jeep and re-leased a new 2018 Jeep. The dealership was very accommodating - met our price parameters, absorbed remaining payments, examined the vehicle for any damages, and took possession for transfer back to Fusion Financial Group.. The lease company came back to us (over nine months later) and demanded over $2k for excessive damages.. Atlantic Jeep-Chrysler (Peter Zorzy - VP Operations/Lianne Dunne - Administrator) came to our defense and in-fact absorbed a negotiated settlement, They were polite, professional and very supportive, They saved the day. Highly recommend Atlantic Jeep . . . suggest NEVER using Fusion Financial Group.. .
Greg Ifill was my salesman he was the most pleasant and knowledgeable man I came across after visiting 3 other jeep dealerships. I bought the car for my daughter and he help us in ways that when far beyond the scope of a car salesman. It was truly Rev elating. He has a customer for life !!!!

I had an amazing experience at Koeppel Subaru when I was buying my CPO Forester. The staff was extremely nice, especially Jordan at the CPO office and Jose (both managers) and Angel. They are very courteous and professional. They happily answer any questions you have. The whole process was very transparent. When I first saw the car, Jordan gave me on paper what the "out-of-the-door" cost is. I did not pay even a dollar more than that amount. The price was already reasonable, so I didn't negotiate much. In fact, they promptly returned my holding deposit and the little amount of over-payment my bank made. They did not try to upsell their financing options when I told I have a pre-approval from my bank. Jose mentioned to me about the Extended Warranty Coverage, but did not upsell it when I said I couldn't afford to buy it at that time. A few issues came up when they were trying to do my registration due my temporary visitor status, but they were very patient and explained to me exactly what I needed to do. Overall, I think Koeppel Subaru is an excellent dealership as far as the purchasing experience goes. I won't be living in this area for too long to see if their maintenance service is equally good, but I'm guessing it will be as good as this experience. Bottom line - If you are looking for a Subaru around NYC, this is the place you must go!

We just purchased a used 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD through our contact with cars.com. We drover 4 hrs. and we had excellent customer service. All of our questions were answered, and any minor questions or issues we had were immediately remedied. This is a very exclusive dealership and we were treated with kindness and respect. This dealership wants your business, internet or walk-in, and makes sure you are happy when you leave. We purchased our car through their internet sales (Jessica) and drove 4 hrs to pick it up. Our salesman (Sevet) at Paramus Land Rover was personable, waiting for us to arrive. Sevet maintained a high level of professionalism and integrity. I did read the other reviews before we purchased this vehicle, but felt our opinions matter with first hand experience. If anyone had a problem with this dealership then they must of had a communication breakdown some place. Ray truly wanted to earn my business and it was felt from the initial meet and greet at the front desk. The entire walk around he assured me he was going to take of me and he definitely came through in the end. It took 2 days but we were able to make the deal.

This was my first time and Paramus Jeep and I can say that it will not be my last. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jay the sales manager and introduced to Jerome the salesman. Right away they explained all possibilities I had to keep me within my monthly payment limit. Numerous times throughout the process Jay stopped over to insure it was going smoothly. Jerome expedited the process knowing I had limited time to complete the purchase and I cannot be more happy about my new Jeep. I want to thank Jay and Jerome for making this the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced!
