I recently was in the market for a Ram truck, after a short conversation about what I wanted, the salesman and general manager found me exactly what I was asking for and gave me the best deal I could find in the tri-state area. They were upfront and honest about the offer and didn't try to stretch my budget. I was super happy and will purchase all future cars/trucks through this dealership. They exceeded my expectations at every turn.

The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.

I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
I???ve been going to this dealership ( KOEPPEL NISSAN QUEENS ) for over 20yrs. My experience there have always been Great . Danny Colon my sales guy is always courteous & very knowledgeable , and answers all the questions I had. Danny takes the time to explain all the details on the vehicle even told me things that I didn???t know about the vehicle that I was not aware of. I keep going back to this dealer because I???m treated with respect.
I recently had a car repaired here and was helped by a guy named Mike Staiano. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and had my car returned to me very quickly. The whole shop was amazing. I will definitely bring my car back here.
I really can???t say enough how much I appreciated Mike???s friendly demeanor, the leg work he had done up front, his knowledge of Jeeps, and his general transparency. Mike immediately made us feel at ease as my wife and I had previously had negative experiences with several other dealerships. I would highly recommend Mike and East Hills.
This by far is the best service center. Steve went above and beyond to make sure that my truck was working right before I left. He immediately knew what the problem was and made sure I left happy. Would never go anywhere else!
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
