JR was the epitome of what every customer wants a salesman to be: available when needed, knowledgeable in every aspect of the process, and dedicated to translating needs and wants with regard to the numbers of the deal into a viable solution. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from JR, I would not hesitate to recommend both him and Southern CDJR to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Five stars all around!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
Definitely the best experience I???ve had buying a car from a dealer. I found my truck online and went in the next day to check it out. Jordan greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very friendly and professional. They were not pushy and ensured that we got the payments we were comfortable with. Will definitely check them out again during our next car search.
We upgraded from a 2 door to a 4 door with many new features. Eddie Mac???s extensive knowledge of the Jeep product is a great resource. In the past we have had very good results from the service department and are happy to continue the relationship with this dealership
I cannot express how awesome my buying experience was at Southern Jeep Chesapeake!!! Kevin Klipfer(our salesman) is a true asset to the dealership and a breath of fresh air!!! Totally honest and really helped me to get a nice car with so many features. I don???t say any of this lightly, I drove a new car that I hated for two years because I didn???t want to go thru the process of car buying, Kevin won me over and Joe (sales manager) made it all come Together ! What an impressive team!!! Joe cared as much as Kevin about helping us to get into a Jeep that we all liked. I could not be more pleased and I have shared with so many people that my only regret is waiting two years to make the change. Southern Jeep Chesapeake is the real deal! Purchased a new Pacifica and had a lot of unexpected fun at the dealer. Sharon Tull worked hard to put together the package we wanted and helped us learn the vehicle features which were quite extensive.
