We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.

Most comfortable and capable Jeep I have ever owned. The longer wheelbase of the Unlimited makes the ride so much better than the 2 doors I have owned in the past. Would definitely buy another.
The entire process was flawless and great. Beginning with Angela my first contact, to Bob, the salesman and finishing with Angel. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Bob's knowledge of the car on the test drive only made me more eager to purchase the vehicle.

Best of both worlds hard top in the winter convertible in the summer. Love the ease of the t tops.all around just a fun car to own.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I love the exterior of my Jeep. I went from a 2 door to a 4 door, and I could not believe how much I would like this option.
Outstanding customer service. I’m unable to speak and they made the process seamless. Paul was extremely helpful and answered every question we had. Sadly their vehicle was outside of the factory bumper to bumper warranty.
Tasca was great to work with. I visited back in September when they had a promotion going and Jen Robey was so patient with me. Unfortunately I did not find anything I was in love with so I did not buy anything but once I was ready to make a decision I went back 2 months later and Jen was just as kind and helpful as the prior visit. I ended up leasing another vehicle with them and left that day with it! Thanks again Tasca for yet another great vehicle!
Head had to be rebuilt starting at 62,400 miles

I would never buy another. The right side of the head had to be rebuilt and then 12,000 miles later the left side had to be rebuilt. Chrysler knows that the Ferrari built heads are defective yet they keep selling them that way and make the public pay for the repairs ($3000). Not acceptable!
Have been eyeing a cupple on the lot .....got all im looking for.....just have not been able to get to see and test drive yet.....they have not pressured me for info or sales ..if they have what im looking for at the right time....i will follow up and continue the process...

I bought the Jeep instead of a Harley Davidson motorcycle. I already have a really nice sport bike. So the Jeep is a recreational vehicle for me. Great choice! It's got an upgraded soft top. It's decently quiet and it can be used like a convertible. It's so easy. No helmet or gear required. I can wear shorts and flip flops and my wife and son can come along too. We love it! This is my first Jeep but definitely not my last.
I just spoke with the service department about the airbag recall and he was so pleasant and helpful I needed to place a positive comment here. I bought my Magnum here and I did not feel I got a good deal but given how they responded to this recall so well, I would reconsider buying another car here. Good job, Chris. I am not related to any employee here nor even know anyone. This was a real unsolicited review.
My two contacts were with Harry The salesman and Steve in the finance department. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Let me just start by saying I live two hrs from this dealership and Harry made the one day prossess a pleasant experience. Steve in the finance department was also completely professional and answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know, and will definitely consider this dealership in future vehicle purchases.
Great experience, Al was Great! I have financed twice before with other dealerships and its the typical spending hours to discuss, finalize & drive away with a car.. Branhaven was the opposite! Super helpful in discussing what my best options were, the whole process was smooth and quick! Picked up my car and signed all my paperwork in just about an hour, they were very understanding that i had a not so helpful schedule. Love my new Jeep Compass!

I have a Sahara Unlimited loaded! It is the best vehicle that I have ever owned. It perfectly mixes the feel of an off road vehicle with luxury. It’s a vehicle that you will be proud to drive. The 3 piece top is a dream. It is very easy to take the front pieces off, and they nicely fit in a bag in the back in case you get stuck in the rain! Gas mileage is pretty decent for a Jeep too. I get between 17 and 19mpg. Overall, an awesome fun vehicle that is also practical as a daily driver!
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.

This jeep has awesome performance offroading and great highway driving handles very good in the winter months. Not too many major issues gone wrong with it just little stuff
What a pleasant surprise in the age of dealers slight of hand ie: I just sold that vehicle or they never had it to begin with, but I have this one instead or misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. This is a honest up front dealer who does not waste your time with idle chatters and explains all cost right up front. I am the type of person who when looking for a vehicle wants the bottom line number and I was given that with no surprises when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family who need a vehicle.

Needed power for steep gravel road and I got it!! Tank-colored Sahara with Lift for off-road adventures! TOW PKG ... Durable, comfortable, and looks great!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
