I havent had the most enjoyable car buying experiences in the past. With that said, I purchased a 2019 Traverse High Country from salesman Ed Silver. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience, the price seemed fair and to our surprise, the offered an actual very fair price for our trade in. Ed was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont think we will be in the market for a car anytime soon, but whenever we are, I would definitely consider going back to Bachman Chevrolet and see Ed for future needs. Went in looking for a used Jeep and walked away with a brand new Cherokee. The sales man Darryl Brown and financial guy were great. I walked in with a pre-approved loan from my bank and they got me a new car with better payments. The service center is great, I have had 2 oil changes and tire rotations since purchasing my car and I have been satisfied both times.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I HATE shopping for a car but the folks at Craig and Landreth made it simple, fast and without the feeling you're being hustled. Whew, what a nice change from what I'm used to at all the other dealerships I've been to. I'll definitely be back.
In the very beginning of the interaction , everyone would bend over backwards for us. When the deal was made everything sort of changed. Sales person would tell me one thing and the finance person would not agree and said something else. We had to run all over the place and jump through hoops for them while they just judged and acted smug about things. We were judged by the work car we drove, jobs and how we were dressed. Mind you I had just gotten off of work before going there. They offended us about the money and didn't believe that we had it. They learned real quick that day to not judge people and shut their mouths. Not everyone is broke, dumb, poor, uneducated and unaware of the situation. Had none of that occurred it may have gone alright. Tell your sales team to get their head out of their a** and treat people with respect and courtesy.
I bought a new car and they worked with me. I strongly reccomend them. They are very friendly. I had an issue and Austin showed how the fix it.
