This dealership is almost an hour from me. I had already dealt with two other local dealerships prior. One was patient in helping me figure out which car I wanted but never gave me a price, even after waiting 2 weeks and checking in with them multiple times. The next dealership, I walked in and had just sat in the chair. The salesman started speaking in slang and said he was going to be “Blunt” and that “I probably couldn’t afford a new car,” even though I lease all of my vehicles. I was upset and had never been spoken to that way before. However, I didn’t make a scene, I just quietly left.
I did some research for the exact color scheme I wanted. I found that Snethkamp had that vehicle along with other color options. I put in an internet request to Snethkamp and let them know that I wanted to know my estimated numbers over the phone . I wasn’t interested in driving 45 mins just to have them play games like the other dealerships did.
The person I spoke with was awesome and connected me with JT (John Thomas). He was very kind and patient. They got me into the new car I wanted the same night and even got my payments lower than my previous vehicle.
Their facility isn’t the fanciest, but when you are treated with respect and dignity, that’s priceless

I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. I had a wonderful salesman, Chris Jones. He understood that I drive the 150 miles to get to this dealership; so I needed everything ready to go. The process was very quick and hassle free. I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. Picking up the Renegade I see. I ‘m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?” with a huge smile on his face. Gus’s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I have not purchased from them, as I am still searching for the right car, but would recommend them in a heartbeat.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I've just bought a used certified legacy from here, and a week later I find that one of the switches of the power window doesn't work. A certified car shouldn't have this kind of problem.
