Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I am in my 60's. I have purchased many vehicles. My recent BMW X3 purchase was a delight. Vehicle was outstanding, buying process was a joy, unlike most dealers! Greg was outstanding, always answering any messages promptly, and great service after the sale. I will return, and highly recommend.

There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars.

From the moment I reached out inquiring about a specific model jeep grand Cherokee Tim sent the pricing information over immediately and quickly set an appointment for the following morning for me. When I arrived I was met by Tim and Pablo and the Jeep was waiting for me. Pablo took care of everything from there. During the test drive he explained all the new and improved features that differed from the slightly older model Jeep I had now. Pablo made this entire process so easy as he lined up all the steps needed to be completed and offered to have the car ready to take home in the afternoon. The car was ready for pickup and Yamen helped with closing out my old lease and I was on my way. Easily the best car buying experience I have had in the 20+ years in doing this. I highly recommend this place, all around great experience!
I had been searching for a wrangler for a while and then I suddenly stumbled across this dealership. When I called the dealership to see if the car was available Garen told me it was and answered all of the question I had. He even told me he would hold the car for free for me for 24hrs so I could come by and look at the jeep after work! I ended up going that night with my dad to check out the jeep 40 minutes before they closed and Garen came right out with the keys in hand and offered me a test drive! The car was in excellent condition, inside and out! Garen even allowed us to take the car for a few hours to our mechanic in Topsfield to be inspected. He made the process so easy, it was such a relief. Garen is honest and he takes pride in the vehicles he sells, I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

While living in Boston, I visited Grava Chrysler and the entire team was extremely helpful when it came to making sure my vehicle was serviced properly. I called to book an appointment and their service team worked efficiently to find a time that worked best for me since I was a student with a busy class schedule. Bought my Chrysler 300S a year ago and could not be happier with any part of my experience. I went in for an oil change and service this week and was reminded of the outstanding support from Service and Parts Dept! My unscheduled Saturday drop reminded me why I am long-term customer based on the assistance of the Grava brothers. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Tofik was excellent and I can recommend him to any of my friends. The long wait for the finance office was aggravating. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to pay!! The dealership is clean and everyone is courteous. One big complaint, is they can not put an inspection sticker on your vehicle. So another wait at a service station for an inspection sticker.
Routine service on my 2018 grand Cherokee. As always, fast and efficient. What makes it even better is a comfortable waiting and work area with coffee, cappuccino, popcorn and snacks. What more can you ask for in a dealer? Oh and their pricing is competitive for service.
