Recently bought a2019 Dodge Durango from Bettenhousin Jeep dodge and ram. I would I highly recommend this dealer and espically nick nowak. He was easy to work with and doesn???t pressure you into by anything. He is also up front about everything which is a breath of fresh air
I was shopping around for a new car and I came across a very nice Hyundai from this dealer. I requested information about the car and got an email sent back to me almost instantly. The customer service was above and beyond. Not only did the email quickly I got a phone call as well going jeer everything that I needed and wanted to know about the process of buying the car. They were very nice and I would recommend this dealer to everyone I know.

I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda???s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda???s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me.
I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.
Our salesmen Brian and Finance manager Steve did an amazing job getting us into a brand new vehicle when someone else would even give us the time of day. They didn't push or make us feel like we had to buy and just wanted us to be happy. They got us exactly what we needed and couldn't have done a better job. If you need a new or used vehicle go see Brian and Steve.
Friendly sales personnel who deal with you in a straightforward way. The service department is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facilities are smaller than some dealerships, but they are clean and offer more personal attention than the larger dealerships.
I went to Baker Jeep as my Grand Cherokee lease was up. Konstantin did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable through the entire purchase if my new Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon! I absolutely AM's thrilled with it.
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
Routine service on my 2018 grand Cherokee. As always, fast and efficient. What makes it even better is a comfortable waiting and work area with coffee, cappuccino, popcorn and snacks. What more can you ask for in a dealer? Oh and their pricing is competitive for service.
Emmy made my experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara the very best car purchase of my life! Since I am retired and in my 60s, that is saying quite a lot! She was super friendly, mixing her personal rapport and social skills with her thorough knowledge of the car buying process. Along with her manager Katie, they succeeded in getting me my dream car at a price well within my desired range! I cannot be effusive enough in praise of Emmy and Katie, and their ability to combine superb professional skills with an ability to listen to the needs of their customer. Five star experience!
