I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. Hate to see this great vehicle go! This will make you fall in love with a Jeep. Rides smooth for the size of the tires and has had no mechanical or computer issues. Have loved every ride in it!
This is the only place my loved ones and I trust when it comes to our vehicles, whether it's purchasing a newer vehicle, repairing our current ones or with service such as inspections and diagnostics.
For my own personal experience with Lucchetti's...
I've had my car regularly maitanced and repaired in their shop. The guys are really nice, helpful, honest and very good at what they do.
Their prices are reasonable and the best I've seen around.
Inside is very comfortable and clean.
The team they have are great!
I personally met with Chris and David, they really do make you feel like you're family and not just a "customer".
Not only did they always take the time to listen and take good care of me and my car but they also found me my dream car that I've been searching for, under my budget price and over my expectations.
I will never go anywhere else and I will and do recommend this place to everyone I know.

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.

I have owned many cars in the past, and the Jeep Wrangler is by far my favorite! It feels so good to drive around with the top off in the summer with the music up- instant smile on your face. I feel safe and comfortable every time I drive, and that is important because I have a two year old son whose safety is #1. If you are considering a Wrangler- DO IT, you will not be disappointed.
Smooth and friendly customer service. Steve was very knowledgeable about the cars and listened to what was important to me. I would be glad to recommend my friends and family to him!

Previous to my 2017 Rubicon I owned a 2010 Liberty. It was good off road but the Rubicon takes off road experience to a new level. This is a sophisticated machine. I am not a rock hopper so I don't see myself spending money on lift kits. I can tell you that I will spend a lot of time taking moderate trails and climbing so testy hills through out Southern New Mexico.
Jenn was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions, and she answered all quickly and efficiently. I had a complex situation with negative equity and she didn???t sell me something I couldn???t afford or qualify for. Upfront and honesty is so important in such a big purchase. I would highly recommend working with Jenn to anyone!

My Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara Unlimited is one of the best vehicles I have owned. There is alot of leg room in the front & back, rides smoothly, isn't bad for gas mileage...averaging 22 miles per gallon and is alot of fun, being able to take off the roof. I haven't gone off-roading yet, but plan to try it some day. The only thing that I would say is not the best with my Jeep, is that the front drivers seat is not the most comfortable for my back, but I fixed that with buying a support pillow to keep behind me. Now it is perfect. I would definately recommend buying one of the Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4 doors.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!

The seating is surprisingly comfortable and it is so much fun to drive! I thought long road trips would be uncomfortable, but they aren't. I do miss a few of the creature comforts I had on my Denali...Apple Car Play...stuff like that...and the Bluetooth is glitchy sometimes, but overall I love it!
Mike, Andrew and Giovanni couldn't have been better. They were friendly and helpful and not pushy like some at car dealerships are. Mike took the time to help us pick the car that was right for us. Andrew helped us with the financing and Giovanni made sure we knew all the operational details of the car before we drove it off the lot. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Jeep. Now we'll see if the service department measures up to the high bar the sales folks have set.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We looked at the inventory on a large screen TV, and I decided what to test drive. After the test drive we sat down for a couple of minutes and Kyle Hein brought up the bottom line price. Not only was I happy with the price, I was stunned at how simple and straight forward the presentation was. I have been tortured for hours in the past (at other dealerships) just trying to get a bottom line price. We then talked about a few options and I decided on the RAM Big Horn that I had test driven, about 15 minutes in the finance room, the price didn't change and I picked it up later, after it was cleaned up. Everyone I talked to was happy and helpful. I am definitely planning to be a loyal customer and highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

FANTASTIC experience!! Right from the start Leo approached us with a friendly and non pushy demeanor. He was relaxed, very knowledgeable and patently answered all of our questions. Once we had decided which Jeep we wanted, Leo was again very helpful through the entire process..answering any and ALL questions that we had with a smile :) Wrapped up the deal efficiently and professionally. Gio was also great helping to show me the ins and outs of my new Jeep! Very nice and thorough-took his time explaining everything and making sure to give me time to ask questions...and he was patient and his demeanor was not rushed at all!! The whole experience was VERY positive!! Andrew was great-went through all the necessary paperwork, answered any questions we had. Mike also came out to meet us-which was nice. We we will continue serving the Jeep with Premier of Cape Cod and absolutely buy another new one from them in the future. Loved the way we were treated and the entire way their business model is run.
My sales person Tina Suxo was so nice and helpful she showed me a few cars but i really wanted a truck and she and her crew got me into a very nice an clean chevy pick up .. i recomend this place highly .. thank you Tina so much
My husband and I entered Premiere this morning without any specific vehicle in mind. We were very fortunate to have met Mike Lavoie, who with great patience directed us to the perfect car for us. Mike???s honest approach made us feel comfortable with every aspect that can too often make purchasing a new car difficult. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
My mom and I came in to look at several vehicles for school. We were greeted warmly at the door by our salesperson, Chris. We explained to him what we were looking for, and he made our experience easy and transparent. I would recommend Chris and the dealership to all my family and friends. Don't pass up on the good deals they have.
