Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. I am extremely grateful to Steve and his entire team in the Service department and Erica and her team in the Body Shop.
I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.

Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .
As usual, great customer and professional service was what they provided to me. From the time I arrived, waited and the service was done, the service manager treated me well and informed me of the service status.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I wasn't really ready to buy I was looking at a truck. Went in and talked to Troy (salesman) after talking with him we went on a ride I came back and worked with Mike I believe used sales manager. He worked with me as I didn't have my vehicle with me. We made a deal and went on with the process. Fast forward a couple of days. Needless to say I had an issue with the truck. Nothing big and nothing they knew about before selling it to me. I called and spoke with Mike. He took care of everything for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy. I can honestly say I was happy with the way I was treated here. I will recommend this dealership to any one of my friends. These two guys were a pleasure to work with and when the wife is ready we will go back to see them. Just to prove how good they are I live 1.5 hours away from the dealership. Thanks guys for the great experience and look forward to doing business again.
I purchased a vehicle from them five years ago. It was a great car and I had a very pleasant experience then so I thought I would go back for my next car.
I am single and was asking questions of Paul Walker trying to be careful and make educated decisions. Evidently Paul Walker was insulted by my question (Is there a 3 day contract rescission period in VA) and said I was insulting his integrity and "let's just call the deal off". I will never go back! A different dealership got my money that day!
I went in to get my vehicle serviced, and walked out purchasing a second vehicle. I have bought 4 vehicles from Nissan Younger of Frederick, MD. I will not go any where else, They treat me like family, they are not pushy, I tell them what I want and they make it happen. All departments- service, finance, sales, management etc. are all beyond amazing. Christian did an amazing job on my new purchase, he informs you of information you need, things you didn???t expect you needed to know and most pleasurable person.
I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.
