Tofik was excellent and I can recommend him to any of my friends. The long wait for the finance office was aggravating. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to pay!! The dealership is clean and everyone is courteous. One big complaint, is they can not put an inspection sticker on your vehicle. So another wait at a service station for an inspection sticker.

2017 Jeep is exactly what Jeep lovers expect to drive. It’s been a great vehicle with all the extras and superior performance. I highly recommend everyone getting one.
Great staff! Highly recommend Lawless for service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was very nice, clean and they had snacks and drinks.

My Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara Unlimited is one of the best vehicles I have owned. There is alot of leg room in the front & back, rides smoothly, isn't bad for gas mileage...averaging 22 miles per gallon and is alot of fun, being able to take off the roof. I haven't gone off-roading yet, but plan to try it some day. The only thing that I would say is not the best with my Jeep, is that the front drivers seat is not the most comfortable for my back, but I fixed that with buying a support pillow to keep behind me. Now it is perfect. I would definately recommend buying one of the Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4 doors.
We were looking for a Toyota Sienna AWD for our dog Brutus to be able to get in. Audi Peabody had the right car at a reasonable price. Both our salesperson Hunter Bahr and sales manager Mike Walker were more than professional in every way during our buying process. We can't thank you enough for the way we were received. It was well worth the drive to Audi Peabody.
Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a car for my son and when I picked it Jimmy told me to send my son down to see him so he could go over the car with him and help him set up his phone.

Hate to see this great vehicle go! This will make you fall in love with a Jeep. Rides smooth for the size of the tires and has had no mechanical or computer issues. Have loved every ride in it!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I have owned many cars in the past, and the Jeep Wrangler is by far my favorite! It feels so good to drive around with the top off in the summer with the music up- instant smile on your face. I feel safe and comfortable every time I drive, and that is important because I have a two year old son whose safety is #1. If you are considering a Wrangler- DO IT, you will not be disappointed.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I was looking for a Subaru Forester to replace my 10 year old vehicle and chose Autofair for the close proximity to where I live. I was greeted by Serg Orlov when I arrived and he asked what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a new Forester and that I had researched the car models and options and knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive one first and go to my home to ensure it fit in my garage which he happily obliged. Once we returned we went over all the packages of options and he searched for what I wanted. I wanted a blue one and that was nonnegotiable. I knew that meant I may have to alter my options to suit their inventory and I was fine with that because a few items I had not decided on. We found a few and I chose the one that best suited my needs. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and got it for a price I felt comfortable with. Serg was very nice to work with. He answered my questions and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would recommend the dealership and Serg. I was happy to not have to go around to other dealerships to find what I wanted. Everyone we worked with there was helpful and they seemed like a family that worked well together. I look forward to dealing with them for my service needs. After being a 5 time Saturn owner I was not looking forward to having to negotiate to get what I wanted (at Saturn everyone paid the same price for the same car and options so buying was easy and less stressful). Serg made it a wonderful buying experience.
I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .

The seating is surprisingly comfortable and it is so much fun to drive! I thought long road trips would be uncomfortable, but they aren't. I do miss a few of the creature comforts I had on my Denali...Apple Car Play...stuff like that...and the Bluetooth is glitchy sometimes, but overall I love it!
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

Previous to my 2017 Rubicon I owned a 2010 Liberty. It was good off road but the Rubicon takes off road experience to a new level. This is a sophisticated machine. I am not a rock hopper so I don't see myself spending money on lift kits. I can tell you that I will spend a lot of time taking moderate trails and climbing so testy hills through out Southern New Mexico.
Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I bought a used Jeep with Bob Curran. Honest, cut to the chase, what is right for you customer service. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Bob was outstanding!! I'd highly recommend him.
I was in the market for a 2017 Jeep Latitude with very specific options. I logged on to the Allen Mello website, checked under the new inventory tab and found the vehicle I was looking for, at a price I was willing to pay. I took the print out of the internet vehicle to the Nashua showroom where I was greeted by Derek Daigle. Derek looked at the printout I had, retrieved the vehicle from inventory and we were off a test drive. No questions, excuses or upselling. Upon returning to the showroom, Derek worked hard to apply every possible rebate available while my trade was being assessed. He put all the numbers in front of me, showed me the final price and we had a deal! It was that simple!!! I HAD done my homework before going to the dealership, but I never felt pressured to buy something more expensive or different from the vehicle I wanted. Derek was awesome to work with! I've not had any service experience with the Allen Mello yet, but for me the purchasing experience was flawless!
Bought a preowned car from Herb Chambers Volvo and could not be happier . The whole process was so streamlined and hassle free it took no time at all . Every employee along the way was fabulous and so willing to help .They really treated me like I was part of the team or family . My car was perfect and absolutely what I was looking for . Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.

Been waiting 10 years for this. So happy with it . If I had to do it again I would have done it 10 years ago.
Went there they where expecting me and made my visit very comforting . I would take my car back there anytime I need service . Would like to thank David and his service and my visit very worthy . I would recommend anyone else that owns a Mitsubishi to go to there store
