I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn???t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, ???hire for attitude, train for success???. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!!

The 2018 Jeep Wrangler Moab Edition is an outstanding addition to our family. My wife, daughter and I love our new ride. Not only do you get the legendary Jeep reliability and ability to go through virtually any terrain, you also get a great-looking vehicle that you would be happy to take clients out in. I love the new features of the improved interior design and gives you all the tech you want in an automobile. The hard top provides a quiet ride with ease of use when taking it off for your adventure of choosing. I would highly recommend the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, especially the Moab edition, as it gives you many options to hit the town or go off the beaten path.
Tom was a pleasant salesman, No presure.. He answered questions. Also, he stayed past store hours to complete sale. So I could receive my Nissan Rogue that* night. Great service! And I Iove my vehicle. Will recommend you to others.
I found myself in Macon, Georgia for work in the midst of Hurricane Michael. One morning I left my hotel, intent on getting to the jobsite to continue providing critical backup power for the area hospitals. As I approached my field service truck I noticed with a sunken heart that my window was broken and upon further inspection realized that all of my tools had been stolen and my truck door had also been bent whenever the thief pried it open. I was very distressed of course and after filing the police report and notifying my employer I sought out a dealership to repair my vehicle.
My truck is a Chevrolet product. I could not find a Chevy dealer close to me to drive with broken windows so when I approached the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and explained my situation, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were happy to fix my vehicle. The staff at Hutchinson went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they source a window for my vehicle and get it installed the next business day but they treated me extremely well. I am from out of state and now just realizing My whole livelihood had just been stolen. The staff at Hutchinson assured me that they would keep my truck locked inside the dealership overnight while they waited for the window to be delivered and they secured a loaner vehicle for me for the time period they had my truck.
I was very impressed by all of the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and I would encourage any person to go there for their vehicle needs. I will also be getting my new vehicle there too.
My representative. Robert Sommers, provided superb service. I felt no pressure, and truly believed Robert understood my needs. His professionalism and commitment to my overall satisfaction inspired my wife to want to have Robert help her when she is in the market for a new car.

Worst vehicle I've ever owned

I hate this car. I regret buying it tremendously. I fell in love with its gorgeous exterior/tech advanced interior, but after my purchase I noticed major problems. The radio will make this ear-piercing noise that will not turn off until I turn my engine off and open my door. This is very frustrating because I bought it brand new for $50,000 and I've owned it for 2 months. The first time I took it "off road" (barely) I got stuck and had to be pulled out by a tiny truck (lol.). It burns gas like crazy. I have to fill up every 3-4 days. I hate this car and regret my purchase.
I came there with a motive and Joshua put me all the way in the game! He got me what a wanted and didn't give up! His attitude was great! He did a awesome job making my dream car keys land in my hand. He didn't give up and that means a lot to me and as of today I'm still happy riding around in my brand new 2018 okay!!! Great job Josh man u the best hands down!!!

Like it. Very comfortable. Has features I didn't expect. Interior like a car, noticed no outside noises. Like the hard top. Like comfort of back seat and able to fold.
I just purchased my dream car at Hiller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Golden Eagle edition! I had such a great buying experience, from Andrew who was so helpful and answered all my questions to Peter, Jay, Ed, Steven and the rest of the staff! No pressure at all!! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!! Thanks guys!!

I have owned 5 wrangler Sahara’s and this by far is the worst they made this car junk for 2018 I can’t believe people are liking this truck it does have great power however tranny shift stinks steering stinks and tons of noises in the cabin rattling and creaking pure junk trying to get out under lemon law will never buy a Chrysler dodge product again
We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.
Loved Patrick he was wonderful. Narrowed down to what we wanted and the price extended was same dealer discount as one on line. Asked if we bought 2 cars (one used but still a total of 65 or so K) if better deal. Answer was no. Got finance offer of 9.8. Asked for better. Came back after running our credit w offer of 4.9.still Not great. We have excellent credit. Enter finance manager. Basically asked what he could do for us. Pretty clear we wanted better finance rate. Attitude of him was just brutal. Patronizing and rude. Unfortunately after 5 min of dealing w him we left the dealership w a sour taste and a disappointed daughter. Felt badly for Patrick as he was fantastic.

Excellent car buying experience. I felt this dealership put my needs first, ahead of their own. They acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism at every step, which is a refreshing way to buy a car. Also when returning for follow-up maintenance, again they exceeded my expectations. It was my first Mercedes purchase and this dealership was hands down the best, compared to others visited. The facility is top-notch, the people are kind, friendly and customer focused. There was zero pressure - it was a truly professional experience. Plus a more than fair deal. This is an excellent dealership - was obvious the people are focused on operating with highest integrity. Would definitely recommend!

You don't expect a lot of pressure or hassle buying a Ferrari so a dealer experience is more a high end clothier than an auto buying experience. Both Corey and Bud were exemplary to deal with: straightforward, informative and made the process super painless however. No '45 minutes in the F&A department' being sold 1,000 dollar clear-coats or similar! In and out in 5 minutes.
Nice showroom as you would expect, but a shame about the Starbucks coffee when Illy or Lavazza would be much more brand-relevant!
