Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Big thanks to the team at Keller Bros. Dodge! I just purchased a pre-owned 2013 Ram 1500. Not only has the truck superseded my expectations but Cal Jurman and Dan Llanso did an excellent job finding the perfect vehicle for me. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!! I will be back for another purchase one day! - Adam Kratzert
After extensively searching the internet and local dealerships for a year, we purchased our 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie with a Rambox from Keller Brothers Dodge without setting foot in the dealership. Joe was incredibly attentive and professional, answering each of my emails thoroughly without sales propaganda. The addition of specific tires and running boards was handled with ease. The paperwork was mailed to us and the truck was delivered to our door by a courteous driver who drove our trade-in vehicle away. It was the perfect vehicle buying experience and we absolutely love our new truck! Keller Brothers and Joe provided the best experience we have ever had in buying a vehicle.
From the first contact with Cal it was nothing short of a perfect experience.and believe me my wife and I are in new cars every 3 years so I have the experience. Please keep in mind that I live 2 hours away in NJ from The Keller Bros. Dealership. Cal was able to give me more for my trade ( unseen ) then my local dealership. They had the vehicle I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. They even delivered it to my place of work . Ask for Cal and he will make sure you leave with a smile .
This my second Chrysler certified used vehicle that I have purchased from this dealer and both have had problems and/or recalls that should have been identified during the “100 point inspection”. One of the three recalls on my second vehicle was posted prior to the time of my purchase and in addition this vehicle had aftermarket parts installed which were unknown to me at the time of my purchase which then ended up failing. Approximately 60% of the cost of this repair was covered by the dealer but of course there was still a not insignificant cost to me.
In addition I When I called to schedule repairs for recall #1 I was to told they have the parts and that the repair would take 15 minutes, I called the day prior to my scheduled repair date to ask them to look into a headlight problem and was told they were out of the parts needed to fix the first recall but there were now two additional recalls that required reprogramming. End result, what was initially going to take 15 minutes took 3.75 hours while I waited (I was never told the reprogramming could take up to three hours, I only found this out when they told another customer sitting next to me), and no loaner cars were available so I had to wait. Unfortunately the vehicle still needs to go back for recall repair #1.
I have seen absolutely no benefit to purchasing a “certified used vehicle from this manufacturer”.
