Great experience with JRFCJD! Because Lapeer is quite a drive from my home, I worked with another JRF Chrysler Group dealership as an intermediary with the Lapeer location. The sales and management team was great and even delivered the vehicle to my home, where I signed the papers. The experience was unexpectedly easy and the sales team really came through in coming to me rather than having me travel. I would recommend JRFCJD in Lapeer to anyone and everyone!
Great experience. Josh was very patient with me being specific and picky. He found the perfect car for me. It is exactly what I was looking for, at a fair price. On top of that, due to my hard times, I was not able to get to the dealership from Lansing and Josh was kind enough to come pick me up to bring me to the dealership so I could get back on the road! I have dealt with several Dealerships/service departments. This group has been the most honest, concerned, and informative. They go the extra mile to provide the best service and to make sure the client understands. They have never tried to sell me something I didn???t want or need. I give them more then the stars available!
Evynn Browning and Tim Hall assisted me with my used RAM truck purchase. They were outstanding to work with. They accommodated my hectic schedule and did a great job of communicating with me throughout the vehicle search and the final purchase paperwork. I haven't utilized their service department yet but I expect the same great service when that time comes. Good people and I would highly recommend them.
They’re an hour and half away from my home, but the trip was well worth it. They gave me a great deal, made the process very easy and simple. Since we had gotten there late in the day we had to do the paperwork the next day but they got everything taken care of and kept me in the loop on all of it. Then they brought my new vehicle to me with all my paperwork so that I wouldn’t have to make the drive over there again. Very nice experience and took so much less time than I’ve dealt with in the past when buying other vehicles.
I never imagined going to a dealership that was as far away as they were from home, but I'm glad I did. I absolutely loved every minute I spent at their showroom. The salespeople were awesome. They made me feel like they cared about me, not so much the sale. I was very happy with Jason Wiles. He didn't mind helping us out and just being there as a person, not as a salesman. He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. He took what has always been a horrible experience for me and made my shopping experience one I actually enjoyed. I will definitely be back to them whenever the need for a car arises again. Definite 5 stars for this dealership!

Bought both of my vehicles from Chris Opperman and the group at Schaefer & Bierlein. Both the dealership and service department have great customer service, maintain a friendly atmosphere and are 100% honest. I'll always go back!
Whether it is warranty work on a vehicle or buying a new vehicle, the team at S&B always make things so easy and do everything they can to help. I've purchased a couple cars from Chris over the past few years and he always makes things so simple. We moved away from the area and still come back to buy our cars here. I did talk to a dealer more local for me and ended up walking out 20 minutes later because I could already tell that I was not going to get near the service that I do at S&B.
