I had a specific vehicle in mind and did not find the one for me but had a very good experience. We actually had issues with the vehicle we drove in and they looked at it for us while we were there as their garage was open today. They were very friendly, helpful and all around good to us!
I told Mr Clark what I wanted and he did everything to get it...I am very pleased with his service..He was very professional and detailed..He made sure I knew everything about the Truck...I would highly recommend him and the business to anyone.

Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
My wife and I had been looking for a Fiat 124 but couldn't find one locally. I found a car at Buckeye online but wasn't expecting it to be easy. I couldn't have been more wrong. I worked with John Crosswhite and he was great. He was upfront with the price, which was great, and was very easy to work with everything was done by internet or mail. I had to fly to Ohio to get the car and he ended up meeting me by the airport with the car which saved me a few hours and got me home before the remnants of hurricane Michael came through Virginia. John is the first person I will call when I look for my next car.
Everyone was friendly and quick. Never left for long periods of time waiting and wondering. Always checked in to update me. Did their very best to get me what I wanted and the best deal possible. Just purchased my 3rd vehicle with Buckeye and couldn’t be happier!
What a crazy 2weeks...wrecked my car, insurance scrapped it, found the same car online (just a couple of years newer), and purchased it at Buckeye! I had excellent customer service, both online and in person throughout the whole process. I highly recommend.
After much searching I finally took that scary step into actually going to a dealership to look at a vehicle that caught my eye.To my surprise, it was not scary at all.I was not pressured. I felt very at ease and feel I got a fair deal on a great car.
This is my second vehicle that I have bought from buckeye superstore. And have had nothing but problems out of both of them. The manager was suppose to call me back and never did. Had my jeep one month and had to take it back to them three different times.it has been one thing after another. Would never by from them again. Terrible dealership.
