Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.
I am very surprised going to this small building. I drove up and got to work with Ross immediately and I was very pleased with his service from the first moment I met him and he went beyond what the last two months have offered me of constant car searching with disappointment followed by disappointment. He was so nice to work with and a real concerned gentleman, someone you would rather call a friend than a salesman. Ruth was a lot of personality and gave it to me straight as I was over extending myself it appears and worked with me on a deal. I have not yet closed the deal because I am in decisive but overall I am happy with what was offered from Ross and crew. I recommend this dealership and it is a great environment where I had no pressure.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
James Fleming is an excellent sales person. He met all of my needs seamlessly. Nick McGlone, new car sales manager was very personable and attentive. Both of them took the time to address my questions. Follow up was timely and professional. I have purchased two vehicles From Classic BMW. The service, atmosphere, and friendliness of the staff is superb!
My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.
My salesman Vern Petrea Jr. went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features on my new purchase. I showed up on a motorcycle and the weather was getting bad before I went to pick up my new car ,and Vern went out of his way to come to my house and pick me up , and bring me in to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. I wanted to say that I really appreciated the way he conducted himself. There was no hi pressure sales and I think I tested 7-8 used cars and he took the time to make sure that I knew about each vehicle..He was very professional and courteous in every way. Greeted by Felix outside of dealership which was a nice first impression in regards to customer service. Friendly and good at building rapport with client. Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. Went back and forth with price to make sure we paid what we felt was the right price and we felt good about it but did feel undervalued as a customer when the GM came over to immediately suggest ???something that was within our budget???. It wasn???t by any means outside of our budget but the fact that the price they started off with was wrong from the price online is what bothered me when it came to negotiating. Thumbs up for Felix getting us a price we could agree upon and better yet the dream car my fiance has always wanted. I would also like to thank Guy Ghrist on his service as he made us feel great about our purchase and even better hooked us up with the right warranties down the road. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Overall good experience and would do business or purchase another car from Ken Ganley Nissan again!
Have been doing business with Ganley Village for 18 years and always a pleasurable experience. Don Weiland is a great sales rep. to work with and follows up on any questions or concerns. My wife and I will continue to use them for our future auto purchases.
I have worked with Tony Foos now on 7 of the last 8 vehicles and will continue to as long as I and looking at a Buick or GMC truck. He is responsive, not pushy, and easy to work with. But everyone at Joyce is friendly and accommodating including the service dept.
Currently we have been shopping for a car for my fiance which is a slow process and while I can't say what she will ultimately pick I will say during this Tony and Joyce have been exceptionally accommodating to her decision process as well as our questions and indecisiveness. My experiences at some other dealers have not been nearly as fun or pleasant and definitely alot more work.
Also after purchase experience is just as important and after my recent first experience in many years at a non Joyce service dept I have realized I may have become spoiled by them.
If you are looking for a GMC or Buick put these guys at the top of your list.
The employees of this particular dealership were very nice! One of the owners even introduced himself and thanked us for stopping in. It felt more family friendly- even had a couple sweet, gentle dogs walking around & playing!
The dealership is clean and inviting!! Nice very friendly staff!! My salesman, Anthony Jones, was knowledgeable and very helpful, throughout the entire process. I would recommend asking for him.
