John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!
I worked with Louis Ohaka. He was a great sales person and gave me a great deal. The only obstacle was the wait for financing, but that was not Mr. Ohaka's fault. I would recommended buying a car from Mr. Ohaka.
Patty, Boyd and Chris made my transaction quick and smooth. There's not really anything else to say. If you've bought vehicles in the past, you know how important that is. I was in, and out the door in just over an hour. That is not an exaggeration.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
What a refreshing experience compared to the crooks at some of the other places!!! Just walk in and ask for John Clampitt for a NO bait and switch, NO ridiculous tacked on fees, NO run around, NO gimmicks, NO pushing you to something you don't want, and NO pressure car buying . Everything was fair and honest from start to finish. Johns knowledge of the cars they have is truly staggering. I must say so far my interaction with everyone there has been excellent! If only other places were this good I could have saved a week of my life not having to deal with clowns and crooks... I finally found an honest organization. I've gotten a straight deal at one other dealership, but they don't sell fords...
I discovered Lustine a few months ago when my Jeep needed service. Bryant Jones was assigned to help me and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond with assistance on gathering information on my service warranty from another dealer, kept me apprised of the work on my vehicle, and was honest about the work that needed to get done. Bryan was professional and genuinely friendly. I also had the pleasure of working with Finance Manager Azmi Sabah. Azmi was honest and helpful in the sale of a new vehicle. I believe Lustine thrives as a successful business because of honest and down to earth employees like Bryant and Azmi.
Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. On Halloween 🎃 we got the best treat ever! Our awesome high quality like new 2017 KIA Sedona! Tevin was such a great professional who assisted us with finding the perfect match for our needs and situation. We had to find a new vehicle unexpectedly while working a contract job here in Maryland, 2500 miles away from home. It was a stressful time and we were sure we would have to ???downgrade??? due to our situation. Tevis, Cindy and Chris made us feel welcome, worked with us to find exactly what we needed,EXCEEDED our expectations and made sure we left very happy with our new ???upgrade???-the KIA Sedona. Rocky in the service department also did an excellent job assisting us with a couple of minor repairs to make our van like new.
