After returning a rental car (we have always had great experiences in this department working with Casey. She has always been great to work with and established our comfort level from the start with this dealer), we happen to stop and take a look at the Jeep Wranglers that Bolles had on the lot before we left. We were approached by a very pleasant and courteous salesperson who introduced himself as Sage and asked if we had any questions. We spoke only for a short time as we had to leave for another engagement but took Sage's card and went on our way. Over the next couple of days, we would call in to Sage with various questions regarding the Wrangler and always found him extremely helpful. Ultimately we returned to discuss a potential purchase. We were introduced to Scott, Sales Manager who turned out to be as helpful and low pressure as Sage. A few days later we were driving home in our new Wrangler having had one of the best and easiest car buying experiences we have had to date.
We would highly recommend this dealer. All employees that we have met so far are pleasant, helpful and very approachable. Car negotiations were very easy and LOW pressure. The facility is nice and presents a very comfortable atmosphere. Being longtime residents of Stafford, we had never considered buying a car here previously, but are glad we took the few minutes to speak with Sage that first day.
This dealer definitely ended up a pleasant surprise.
I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
I recently purchased a preowned ram 1500 from Kory and I am satisfied with the experience. I was able to get a good deal on the vehicle it was a pleasure dealing with everyone I met with. I’ll update this review a few months later with any additional follow-up.
Everything but just your job. Brandon and people like him are why the dealership can still be a comfortable place to be with out pressure or feeling like you know nothing. My new preowned jetta is fantasuc in every way and how Brandon asked me the right questions and steered me away from spending more money by showing me how the car met my needs was perfect. Ill be seeing you in 3 short years.

Living in Oregon, I was willing to travel for the right car - and I found that car at Artioli. Rick McAvay made the magic happen. He was quick to respond to inquiries and make the deal happen. And can you beat it...he had the car running and ready to go as soon as I got off the plane! After all the other dealerships I had contacted, Rick was a breath of fresh air - to the point, motivated, and not at all intimidated by my long distance purchase. Follow my lead - if the car you want is at Artioli, buy it from Rick! I am one extremely satisfied customer!
I have had my luxurious mini- van for a week now and I love the way it drives, the interior, the sound system. Austin was a fabulous guy to work with. I changed my mind as I went through the purchase process and he consistently worked with me to find my perfect match!! He was honest, reliable, never pushy, just professional and helpful. Since I live out of state, the dealership accommodated me by providing a loaner vehicle until the purchase was completed, then driving my gorgeous new car to me in the pouring rain. Poor Peter got stuck at NY DMV for 2 hours and almost got struck by lighting putting my new plates on.... Austin met me half way in the Berkshires to sign all of the paperwork once I got my bank's financing, so I would not have to make. Another trip to them.. all of the staff at the dealership were fabulous!!! I can't say enough about Austin - he really worked for me to locate exactly what I wanted.. I will always work with this dealership - They rock!!!!!
Andre at Bertera was best salesperson that I have ever had in buying a car. He was very personable and helped with any questions I had about the purchase of my Jeep. I would recommend Bertera and Andre to anyone including my own family
Dave Dickinson was awesome. This was my first Jeep purchase and they gave me a great deal while other local dealers couldn???t compare. He was patient and understanding in all aspects of the buying process. With great communication as well. When I got my Jeep inspected a few days after, every worker on the service side was super nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Scott, the sales manager, and Brian Kentfield, Manager, - both took the time to find me the perfect truck with all the options I wanted. Their effort is important to mention because the criteria of the search changed several times. Requiring them to start the search all over again. Leasing this truck was an investment and they went the extra mile to find the right one.
They had this beautiful truck delivered to Connecticut and took care of all the paperwork. I came back the next day and the truck was fully detailed and ready to go.
Scott took the time to go over everything inside the truck and made sure I understood how all the new technology worked without having to read the book.
I would like others to know that there was no pressure to push an immediate sale. The atmosphere was relaxed. I was able to look around and see what I was interested in and then when I was ready -- they came to answer questions and take one of the trucks out for a test drive.
Also, I would like everyone to know, there was no battle to negotiate. The dealership was honest and upfront about everything they were able to do. We settled the numbers very easily and everything was up front and out in the open.

I recently bought my first brand new Jeep from Brian Dermody. I have always wanted a Jeep and having a little one, I was in need of the room. Brian was very attentive, and not pushy at all. He gave me realalistic figures, and did everything possible to keep me within a price range that I was comfortable with. I needed time to think about this purchase, and discuss it with my family, and he gave me that time. I never felt rushed or pushed, which was what I expirienced with many other dealerships.
