I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

The people are very friendly. I am handicapped so it is very helpful that they come to my home and pick up my cars for service. Also when they repair something it is done right. They give me the same good service on a used car that l didn't buy there. I recommend R&R highly.

Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!

i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

The car I was interested in was as represented in their advertisement. They provided me with the CarFax information without hesitation. Good price for a good vehicle.

Very comfortable seating & leg room for me (6'4"), but my wife has a hard time climbing in with its lift and 35's. My only problem is the shifter is, as described in all reviews, rubbery. It takes a determined shift to get "reverse" to go without grinding. And, it doesn't like shifting too soon. You have to tach out every gear when accelerating to highway speed, or it will dog down. While complaining, the back is difficult to access with my zippered rag-top. Otherwise, I love it. It's beautiful, quiet (for a Jeep), drives smooth at high speeds, and will climb a tree (almost). My JKU gets 18+ mpg and the seats are very comfortable on a long drive.

2016 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited $27,000 40K miles, Leather Seats, Heated Front Seats, Rare Parts 2.5 Ton Steering, Rare Parts Adjustable/Rebuildable Ball Joints, 3” Skyjacker Lift, 35” Pro Comp Wheels 35” BFG All Terrain Tires, Rock-Slide Engineering Gen 2 Sliders, Rigid heated Led Head Lights, Rigid 3” Pod Spot and Flood Lights, Rear Flood Lights, Teraflex Spare Tire Rack, Smittybilt 9500lb Gen 2 waterproof Winch, Molle Rear Door Rack with Storge Bags. Branded Title/Salavge I purchased and made this jeep into a crawler. This last year I have developed several additional health problems. Making it harder to get into my jeep. Not sure why it was totaled by the insurance company because it was sideswiped on the right side with damage to the fender and front door. There was no damage to the frame.

Pretty happy overall with my purchase and experiences with Zimmerman's. Sales staff was always professional and I didn't feel pressured to buy at any time, which is rare among car dealers. They worked within my budget and gave a fair trade in value. Ended up buying a used Jeep. Car did have several issues shortly after buying, and was sent back under warranty for one of them. Other issues did not appear until right after warranty had expired. For that reason, I can't say I'm 100% satisfied, but overall I'd give them an A-. Service was always top notch, and I plan to look there when I need another vehicle. Oh, and their used stock, while limited, contains only 'nice' vehicles...no rusted out heaps or junkers.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Their customer service is excellent, waiting rooms are always clean and have snacks and WiFi, technicians are knowledgeable, and labor and part prices are always fair.

It's like a fine good looking woman when she's ready to get dirty she gets dirty but when everyone is around after a bath she's sexyer that anything you ever seen..you get two different versions in beautiful Jeep ..100

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

Great staff, comfortable waiting room and the wait time is better than any other dealer in the area. Everyone is very friendly, and they take the time to explain your repairs to you and answer any questions that you have.

I have been a Jeeper before being a Jeeper was COOL. Although I have had 5 Jeeps before this one this was mu first new one. Except for normal service it has not been back to the dealar once.

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Dealership! From the courteous, friendly smiles when you walk in the door, they always make you feel welcome and eager to help you get into the car you want. The sales department, they are top notch, good credit, bad credit, whatever your situation, they will do everything they can to get you in that car of your dreams! I purchased a used convertible and hated it, I only owned it for a year or so and desperately wanted to trade it in for a new Camaro. I knew with the convertible being financed, it would be hard to get into a new Camaro with most likely being upside down on the original loan. To my surprise, Jonathan from sales was able to get me in this brand news SS Camaro, which as I mentioned, never thought possible. AND without being upside again. The service department is also top notch! They can work on any car, not just GM vehicles. I take my Lexus to them, my daughter took her Challenger to them, and the prices are more affordable than what you would think for a dealership. They go over your car top to bottom to make sure the issues you have are fixed and your car is back to running as it should. If they happen to notice something else going on or something that could be an issue later down the road, they will inform you of the problem. They will never overcharge you, never fix something without telling you, no surprises at R&R. The body shop, I have used their body shop multiple times & my husband recently bought a classic vehicle and decided to change truck beds on it. We had no idea what paint color was used on this truck and how we would match it. Thankfully Les from the body shop, not only matched the color perfect, he came to our home with his equipment to match the color, I have never had anyone even think to bring their equipment to your home. Another thing I’d like to add, just this week, my car was having service done at R&R & I had an injury at home & needed to get to urgent care. I got the call my car was ready for pickup & I explained my situation & that I probably wouldn’t get there until my husband got home later in the afternoon. June from the service department was so kind to have one of the drivers, Rusty, bring my car to me so I could get my injury taken care of. You will NOT find this type of service at any other dealership. These are just a few ways that the staff at R&R go above and beyond for their customers! From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome and part of their family and the relationship you have with them, lasts forever. This is my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it!!!! I ordered it new, so I have all the bells and whistles I wanted. The SOT is fabulous. It is so fun to drive and I get compliments all the time about how beautiful it is. Receiving ducks and giving out ducks is a blast. The Jeep wave is awesome, too. Wranglers also keep their value.

Great customer service. I test drove a few different jeeps and the guy made me feel so comfortable driving them. He definitely knew what he was talking about. I plan on going back there when I am ready to buy it.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

Responded to emailed questions quickly. Gave more than fair value for my trade than you would get at other dealers. No pressure to buy and they work hard to give best deal. Would buy from them again in future.

Bought a 2002 Dodge 1500 SLT with 84,450 miles on it. Picked it up the following day and drove 2 hrs. home. Liked the truck after driving 1/2 an hour.....loved it by the end of the 1st hour. Great buying experience. Would definitely recommend them.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance
