Chuck the general manager was very professional and accommodating after a very long and stressful purchase. Over the course of about 3 weeks, Chuck went above and beyond what most dealers do or even consider doing, and this is likely because of Gary Yeomans' (And Chuck's) ethics and customer service mentality.
