They treat me like family and very nice people I will always by from there and have my vehicles service there they really take care of there people.They have always been curtious to me and there building is always clean
First the customer service is great! Ken Hope is very easy to talk to and gave me confidence in there work and is a nice guy, the job was completed in a timely manner and well done, if I need help in the future I will be back!
I have been looking all over MI from Traverse City to Sterling Heights, for an Toyota Corolla S. Talked with 5 different dealers. Skip from Tri County Motors answered all my questions without the hassels of talking with two or three people to finish the deal. The car had the lowest miles, lowest price, and was clean inside and out. I mark quality of repairs down, based on car did not start, Skip inform me that car had not been started in couple of days, but would replace the battery if i had any more trouble. Its been three days and car is starting every time. Just an great buying experience all together, this is the my 8th vehicle buying experience from different dealers. Skip was able to me finance on this car, with an interest rate of half what my bank was willing to offer. My credit score is over 800. I will contact Tri County Motors for my next vehicle.
The staff at Deur Speet in Fremont, was very professional and knowledgeable and took time to explain about the vehicle I purchased and listened to my needs and concerns without being pushy. Overall , Great customer service!!
I wasn't necessarily looking for a different vehicle but saw a truck posted on FB Marketplace and began communicating with Becca. She was quick to respond and could answer all my questions. Long story short I ended up downgrading my 2014 RAM for a 2008 Ford but it meant all my needs... and no hassle with arguing about price and/or trade in value. They allowed me to take to my local mechanic to ensure no known issues in the future. All necessary items for paperwork was done ahead of time so all that was needed to do was to sit for a few minutes to sign the papers... and the process was complete. I appreciate all involved in the process and especially Becca as she was the "face/voice" of Deur Speet which went flawless for all buying aspects. Thank you Becca!
I scheduled tire rotation, oil change, service maintenance, & maintenance review for steering wheel & column that locked up when it was 13 degrees. The Tech was thorough and professional, except he did not replace steering problem he couldn't diagnose problem because car was warm and the outside temp was warm. Two days after the scheduled maintenance it was cold outside again, and the steering wheel locked up again, but has not locked up a second time yet.
The service manager Ken was excellent he was able to work our car in to check out why we could not get heat in our car. Ken called after they started tearing the dash out and since it was Friday evening he wanted to check if it was ok to proceed with the weekend coming up since it might be tied up over the weekend. We told him to proceed and a short time later he called back to tell us they found the problem and they actually had the needed part on hand. His technician agreed to stay late and finish the project so that we would have our car for the weekend. He also told me he had checked out that our extended warranty covered the repairs which was a very pleasant surprise. We were extremely pleased with the level of service and the extra effort that Ken and his technician made to accommodate us.
The brakes on my Taurus started acting up just before a planned trip downstate. The guys at Babb Ford got it scheduled for the next day. The service was great, the vehicle was repaired AND WASHED, the price was excellent, and I was very pleased. Thanks guys!
