We had gone to other places in our car search, but none compared to Selma Hyundai. Our sales person, Andy Naphaivong, was professional, charming, knowledgeable, and to the point. He secured our pre-owned car and made the selling process quick and easy. The dealership is beautiful and luxurious, and a welcome relief from some other places we had visited earlier. My husband and I bought a used truck from Selma Auto Mall and had such great service from everyone there that we had to go back when we bought our new Journey. Brian was so helpful in answering all my questions. Honestly they have some great people there that not only give you the best deal around but are also very personable. They make you feel right at home. The dealersip is also very clean and has a nice area for the kids to play with toys they provide (how many dealerships have an area with blocks and balls for kids to play with.) Brian is not only intelligent but has a great sense of humor always smiling and cracking jokes. My family will definitely being buying from here again when its time to purchase another vehicle. Iv'e been shopping for a new car online for about 5 months and didn't want to go to a dealer until I had all my likes and dislikes and a car in mind,when i finally decided on Selma Dodge it was because of the reviews in regards to their " Internet Consultant Brian Sanfilippo ",not only did Brian respond immediately he also had answers to all my questions,I'm now the owner of a 2013 Dodge Charger which i ordered exactly as i wanted on the advise of Brian since he didn't want me to settle for less, my Charger was built and delivered in less than 30 days it was my Christmas present.
Brian meet me at my convience, I took 2 test drives as I needed to come back with my husband to make sure he also was comfortable in the Charger as he is over 6 feet tall and not once did Brian make me feel that I was wasting his time or that he wanted to rush me into buying a car that may not work for all members of my family.
This is the second car I bought at a Selma Auto Mall Dealer and I will never look in Fresno again the 20 minute drive is well worth it,everyone should order a car at least once so that you can get the exact package,your interior and exterior colors and your "wheels" .

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
In most of the requests for repairs, it was a good experience. My only problem with your Service has been the time element. In one case, I was told to bring my car in for the requested repairs in about 10 days. In a recent and other times the repairs for my Wife's car and my car took over a week to complete. This time element situations may require management to be more conscientious of your client's time needs.

I recently took my Acura TLX into Fresno Acura for its first service. It was a very pleasant experience. I called ahead and arranged to drop the car off in the late morning. I walked to a nearby restaurant and the car was ready by the time I finished my lunch. Everything about the experience was good. I plan to continue using Fresno Acura for all of my car maintenance needs.
